Yeah I'm sure he has qualified.

He lost in the 1st round of the Pro Tour event today to Dennis 'Smiffy' Smith - then again, he does have a pretty mixed record on the floor.

I see that Dudbridge made it to the semi finals today. That's the second time in a few weeks, he could well still qualify for the Worlds. On a related note Osborne crashed out in the 1st round today so he has to finish well tomorrow or take one of the two wildcard places in Monday's event to play at the Ally Pally.

Pleasing.

Well, wee Colin lost 6-1 in the first round today. Looking grim for him now.

The Heat's back today, pleasing.

Aye, good to see him back. He lost 6-2 to Thornton yesterday in the 1st round but beat Dylan Duo today before coming up against MvG. Would be fantastic to see him back at the Worlds before he gives up the game altogether.

Hubbard and Ovens pls.

Both are sadly out. The Heat lost in Round 3 and Hubbard in Round 4.

It will be the first time Ovens has not played in a World Championship since 1999.

Dennis Priestley also misses out on a 23rd World Championship appearance. John Lowe has the record with 28, and Phil Taylor will play his 25th World Championship next month.

Andy Jenkins, who has played in 17, is in the Semi Final alongside Kevin Thomas.

In the other quarter finals, veteran Matt Clark is up against Josh Payne and Colin OSBORNE is playing Ian Moss...
