The article mentions that only 6% of coaches going through the system in Scotland are black, and usually it's former players who played in Scotland that get positions up here. Aside from Harper and Latapy, which other black footballers who played up here are applying for roles? Also what roles have Harper and Latapy applied for? On the other hand a quick look at social media reveals just how racist many people are, so could there be some truth in what they (Harper and Latapy) are saying?
