  1. Personally felt Muirhead was used as a scapegoat by our fans. He was a decent enough centre half but I always felt he needed someone next to him to take control. Haven’t seen much of him but couldn’t really fault his performance tonight
  2. I’ve said it before but I’m not convinced by Mackie. I always thought he was a liability and even on Saturday he showed moments by either giving the ball away in poor positions or going flying into tackles he isn’t going to win. Personally I think we should be looking to get someone in who is better. I wouldn’t be opposed to him getting a new contract as if McGlynn believes he’s good enough for next season then who am I to argue
  3. Harry Stone would make sense since McGlynn has his Hearts connections
  4. Incredible day yesterday. This season feels like a turning point for the club. Us fans have been through a torrid time over the past 5 years and it’s been hard at times to stay positive but what we have done this season has been nothing short of sensational. Make no mistake, we deserve this. We’ve backed the club in numbers and the support we’ve shown whilst being in the third tier is incredible when you consider what we’ve had to put up with. So congratulations to the players, management team, board and staff but most of all congratulate yourself because you’ve played a huge part in this success
  5. Long shot but if anyone has a spare ticket for Falkirk Daft Live tomorrow night then I’d be interested
  6. Very enjoyable episode. With their reluctance to talk about Tait, I do wonder if a lot of fans were correct and Tait left Hamilton to come to us
  7. I get the feeling Agyeman was confirmed so early to appease the fans after the Airdrie disaster. I could be wrong though
  8. I know this has been covered multiple times but I really can’t get over how much Hamilton and their fans slagged off Tait. The player we got isn’t the guy with a bad attitude that they portrayed. The guy has been brilliant but he’s worked his socks off and looks like a complete team player
  9. Thats what I thought. I can only assume there has been crossed wires somewhere
  10. Anyone any idea on Lang’s situation. Someone at the game yesterday said they’d heard his knee was done and his playing career is likely over. I assumed it’s been miscommunication and that he’s just out for the rest of the season but wondered if anyone else has heard anything
  11. Im assuming it’s just squad rotation. Leon hasn’t done anything wrong lately
  12. Hogarth was in the correct position. Just because McCann made an arse of it you can’t then try to put some of the blame on Hogarth. I can guarantee that if Hogarth stood in the goal mouth and a pass went back to him, which ended up in the back of the net, he would be getting crucified for making such a basic mistake
  13. When he came off he looked like he completely understood why it was him
  14. I’m not sure how it would be violent conduct. He didn’t swing a punch, elbow or kick out. It was a tackle, which endangered an opponent and should be a one match ban
  15. Basics of football but I suppose it needs explaining to you. Keepers make themselves available outside of the goal so that a misplaced pass won’t end up in an own goal. Hogarth did absolutely everything right. McCann played it without looking and it was completely his fault
