  1. No suggestion of offside for the Vaughan goal. I think it’s Dom Thomas who is sleeping and doesn’t think to get himself back on the park in time and plays everyone on side. Vaughan’s finish is pure disrespect, lifts it deftly over OFW before scoring. Glorious finish. Ugwu’s finish is a pure, brute force volley, just thunders it past the keeper. Great celebrations at the second, though I’m questioning Hendry’s choice of a knee slide on a synthetic surface, bet he’s regretting that today!
  2. Not too dissimilar, though Gozie’s was more of a brute force volley than Tade’s which was more measured with the instep. Just to clarify, Vaughan took the time to dink the ball over OFW before tapping into the net?

  4. I absolutely would not bet against an Iain Davidson red card here.
  5. Vaughan has scored 3 this year, all v Dunfermline. Par skelper.
  6. Don’t understand how he couldn’t be. He is right in front of OFW when the initial shot goes in. Hope he was 6 yards offside.
  7. Very similar first half to the other night. We have had a wee bit joy down the wings where we have got in behind but limited other than that. Vaughan been poor. Wouldn’t be at all surprised to see penalties today.
  8. Reckon there’s ever been a single message sent on any chat board accompanying a game of football that’s been anything approaching insightful or interesting?
  9. Raith TV’s undying insistence that if the stream is fine for one person but not for everyone else then the issue is at our end is really quite frustrating.
  10. After having the best day out in Montrose in November 2019, I’ve nothing bad to say about Montrose FC whatsoever. A lovely club. Hope you can do it in the playoffs.
  11. Hard to tell on a stream, but given the amount of rain Dunfermline had today I thought the pitch looked remarkably good, despite the wiggly lines on the park.
  12. Fancy our chances on Saturday, to be honest. For Dunfermline to have all those chances and be the better team for the majority, despite what McGlynn said post match, and still not score against a central defensive pairing containing Iain Davidson says a lot for their attacking prowess. I might well be wrong, but I’d like to think that tonight was their chance.
  13. If only Lee Miller hadn’t skied that chance at Starks Park, eh? Unlucky.
  14. Dunfermline’s finishing had been a disgrace. They could be out of sight. I’m happy with a 0-0. Happier still that I don’t need to listen to the commentator screeching every time the ball goes near our goal.
  15. Matthews better just be knackered from being out for a few months. Need him fit for Saturday.
  16. That was our best chance there, but Gullan managed to put his first touch 8 yards in the air and the chance is gone. How have we not made a sub yet? [emoji23]
