I'll be arriving in Glasgow in mid Aug and departing mid Sep. Hopefully Kilt will have sorted this pish out by then so I my private limo can pick me up from outside the terminal exit.
Flat upstairs has started to use our balcony as an ashtray. Every morning the balcony is covered in cigarette ash, can only be coming from above. So rather than using an ashtray the dirty fuckers are just flicking the ash over the side.
Nowadays it seems that every food is bad for you one day then required for a healthy diet the next. I'd suggest that, in moderation, black coffee is fine. If you're drinking 20 cups a day then you'll have problems!

Some old dear was murdered by a cyclist last week. He pushed her in the chest, she fell and smacked her head off a wall. Apparently a witness heard the cyclist say "the bitch was in my way". She'd been walking on the pavement, but cyclists across here think they have right of way.

I sold quite a few old books on Amazon. I suppose it depends how old the books are? I'd also look at Gumtree and maybe putting posters up at Uni buildings (if possible).
C'mon the Blues! It's been absolutely tanning it down here all day and there is more rain predicted for tonight. Expect lots of fumbles and handling errors.
Although all the roads in my area (I live within spitting distance of ANZ Stadium) are choked with traffic they are not expecting it to be a full house. Too many fans scared of a wee bit of water!
Ah Carl Williams, the Moran brothers, George Freeman, Chopper Reid, Aussie Bob, Terry "Mr Asia" Clark. I liked this series, not overly going out my way to watch the current series about Sydney's Kings Cross has to be said.
Taxi from the train station? But you'll no be wanting to spend the money so that'll be a no go?
I believe, and don't quote me on this, that there may be a bus service from the train station that stops at the Sky building? If I were you I'd phone Sky and ask them the easiest way to get from the station to the building. They'll probably be only too happy to help you.
