The thing is no one takes anything seriously they read on a fans forum, no one knows if they’re serious or at it. I was speaking to someone at work from East Kilbride and he was watching his lad play under 16s against a youth side affiliated to Celtic, can’t remember the name. There was a lad playing up front and he said he was outstanding, better than everyone on the park and he had just signed for Falkirk and he was deemed not good enough for them. There might be a few that are just being signed to make up the numbers but there could be a few gems too. Good thing is they’re back up and running, that’s got to be the most positive thing the clubs done recently.

He’s putting pressure on himself IMO by not starting his best players. We can’t keep chasing games from 2 goals down every week. He’s backing himself into a corner.

Absolutely loved being back at the football today and I was really impressed with the team. The more games we play the better we’ll get. We’re the team to catch IMO. Very difficult to judge sammy but my first impression was he reacted to every challenge and that’s a recipe to get sent off.

I sat this morning and looked at the squads the other league 1 teams have and apart from cove’s settled squad (not many ins and outs and the ins look pretty good IMO) and airdrie who have almost a new squad who will need to hit the ground running we’re not that far away. We all know the areas we need quality in, just hope the DOF does but it doesn’t look like it.
