Sophia, nobody cares. Nobody likes a grass. Friday night was the best atmosphere there’s been at the ground this season and that should be encouraged.

Granted it’s not ideal the way somebody has lobbed the flare, but in the grand scheme of things it’s really not worth pontificating about.

Despite your non sequitur, it appears that there are responsible adults that care after all.

Is Carson actually any good? I see it more as a Championship signing for next season when we try come back up

Martindale will likely get the chance to take us down and see if he can get us back up.

No he's not a very good footballer at all.

What he is is one of those 100%ers that the gallery tend to be taken with.

There's lots to like about him though and there's a lot to be said for his positive play.

I've come off all social media, genuinely this time, just leaving this and YouTube. Mental health has gone through the floor, mostly because of a house move next month. Need time in the real world for my partner and I. Thank you for your continued support P&B not sure if I'd be here without you all

The first meal in a new home is such a pleasure. Whatever you choose, I'm sure it'll be a taste of good times.

Does that include the many famies who lost loved ones during Covid? Is that what they are? 'Pruriant and Malevolent'? Just because they might want to know how Saint Nicola made decisions in that period.

The arrogance of the Scottish govt and its ever diminishing cabal of fans knows no bounds.

Your hyperbole is noted and discounted.

There is a difference between what is important and what is not. I am not at all sure that the enquiry team has struck the right balance with what they have shared. As such, the focus is not where it should be and that in and of itself is a disservice to those that have suffered.

At least we’ve made it worth while for the 50 or so that travelled south for this match, DU fans must be laughing their collectives asses off at us. The Courier podcasts can relax now. A massive sigh of relief. What a farce

Would any of the 1,000s (thousands) of home fans help me by sharing the news on whether Samuel's hat trick was a perfect one?

He’s needed though with Allerdice out for the season.

That's three seasons in a row that Scott Allardice has been more absent than available. If fit i'm sure there would no doubt over vowels. Alas, that's an indicator of how far from focus he finds himself to be.

It's great shame as despite his destination I'd hoped that he would prosper.

A thread pile on? Get a grip. People at the heart of decision making in one of the most politically significant periods of modern history, who are supposed to maintain records have openly admitted to deleting records. Its significant. Reductive patter? It actually fucking happened, and if you’re so blinded by party loyalty to these people then that says more about you than anyone else posting here. We’ve got Lovejoygilphead giving it ‘but wont someone think of the tories’ as if the snp are some kind of infallible majestic force who only act for the greater good, even beside the deletion of whatsapps, we’ve got prominent public health figures speaking at the enquiry confirming that Scottish Government Officials essentially locked down harder to show they cared more than the English lockdown. Save us the pearl clutching and take off the rose coloured glasses, its actually tiresome. Every single politician and public sector worker at the strategic level of this should be open and transparent about their actions.

Im pretty sure this is the thread about the snp fucking up. As reprehensible as ‘let the bodies pile high’ is, it has the same effect as ‘lets ship people testing positive into nursing homes’ had so can we have a wee bit less of the simp outrage.

If you're happy with a c thread pile on, that's great, fill your boots jack. I'm much more comfortable with at least some debate.

I'm sure there's important lessons to be learned with the enquiry but how people chose to store or not store informal messages is not one of them.

Also the reductive patter about care homes, I'd like to think it says more about your posting shtick in this context rather then your comprehension in general.

  9. I believed Boris when he revisited Wilson's white heat of technology energy and his promise that as each new year dawns we would get another nuclear power station. Perhaps not too cheap to meter but a exciting promise all the same.

In 2016 Theresa May signed up and confirmed the state aid promised by the likes of David Cameron, George Osborne and Ed Davey to Hinkley Point C and it should've been producing electricity by now. Ach well, we'll just have too wait until nearer 2030 and double the price to circa £50,000,000,000 for some strong and stable power.

Can't see a thread for it, but I'm watching The Tourist series 2 at the moment. Two takeaways at the moment. Danielle McDonald is fucking gorgeous and Ethan is by far and away my favourite character in this series. The actor does such a good job but it seems that every moment he has on screen is laugh out loud funny. Very understated and absurd. Fantastic.
