If I was a Partick fan then I wouldn't let everyone know that they don't like getting called Partick.

Still think Partick will mess this us somehow.

Do away goals count double in this tie?
That was never the rule in any competition.

No mention of Hallberg?
Him Brown & Kane getting contracts?

Am I right in thinking Ross County have never been in a playoff?
Only Celtic & Hearts the other not been involved after Saints 1st one last year.

In other news the road works are finished at Tesco/B&Q.

For me, the main aim should always be at least 10th. (Oh look at me I’m setting my expectations as low as Callum did). However, after 15 consecutive top flight years I feel we should be pushing for mid table. Hibs, Hearts & Aberdeen might be difficult to overtake for a while but no reason why we can’t aim for 6th and then try and push on from there.
All depends on Maccas recruitment. Can probably say goodbye to Millwall players and likely unknown foreign imports for a little while.
Cup wise. We should be making it out of the league cup group stages no matter what, and trying to get a run in either that or the Scottish cup.
I think I agree with that, league position wasn't really the problem for me. Lack of ambition to even take part in some games was.
League cup, try to win all 4 games, if you can get seeded for last 16 then good chance of quarter finals.
At a minimum try to score 2 more goals to stay in.
Scottish cup, we know we'll draw Rangers every two or three years but beat teams we should beat.

The season where Zander Clark wanted to be a complete diddy for us, is still up there with some of the worst goalkeeping I've ever seen. The goal he conceded against Motherwell is as bad, if not worse than anything Birrigitti has done this season.
The Rangers game at Xmas where he threw 2 in was when I actually thought he should be dropped for Parrish

Is the issue with Dundee Utd not that they were close to signing Zander Clark until his agent asked for more money.
That agent being Jackie McNamara.

I'm a no too, it might be worth a risk of the squad was any good.
Massive rebuild needed & need an experienced manager for that.

Why do teams celebrate things is cheap t shirts rather than the club shirt?

While not great fells like a while since we had so many chances in a game.
Really should have had a couple more.

Lots of us
All the leagues are competitive
With 4 league you get 4 champions , 15 teams in play offs over the 4 leagues and club 42 play off
16 or 18 will result in a lot of end of season drama and jeopardy just going away.
Battle for Europe, top 6, relegation, promotion & playoffs all interesting most seasons.
Least interesting bit is the top league winner.

Seems to be the normal price for an Anytime Return.
Obviously off peak & splitting tickets would normally be cheaper.

Haven’t seen it, was it a dive or did O’Donnell just fall down?
It's not a dive, two payers make contact with each other but no foul.

Saw the highlights, it isn't a penalty. Reaction from that is poor.

St J have stolen every point they gained in the 3 matches v Killie through very poor refereeing/ VAR decisions. Next Saturday will see your worst nightmare begin to be realised.
TBF if James Browns red has stood he'd not have scored the goal against Rangers & noone wants that.

They took significantly more to their cup win in 2015.
They should have 50% as a starting point, sold from South and behind the goals (who knows which end they’ll get) a few sections at a time. If there are still a large number of unsold tickets 2/3 weeks before the game, give Celtic the remainder of the North Stand and then part of the stand behind the goals if need be later.
To be given a maximum of 20% of the tickets available, on top of the ludicrous lunchtime kick off, would be an insult to Inverness and certainly removes any notion of it being a neutral venue.
TBH i think only Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs & possibly Dundee Utd could sell half the tickets for a game against the Old Firm. Everyone else is 15k. Maybe they should have the chance but it isnt going to happen.
A game against Rangers or Celtic is much much less attractive than a final against lower league Falkirk.
Seating arrangements for the semi were weird, fans split across 3 different sections. North stand block, then space to i assume what was behind the goals & another set in the main stand.

I actually think it'll harm the chances of some players.
Teams will have to have 20+ players playing very low level football. These players can't win the league below where they'll be placed.
Players that would be released or on loan at bottom 6 or championship teams will have to hang around having no chance of progression.
They would only work against full time teams but why would you ruin the championship.

With Saints still having 4 PPV ‘slots’ left, would anyone fancy the United game being moved to, say, a Friday evening kick off?
Blackout is being lifted for Man City v Leeds that day.

I think it's harsh but worse than Phillips red against St Mirren.

If it goes 3-0 then Sky might not bother showing the 2nd leg.
