In my humble opinion we have played very little football. Israel passing about a lot better than Scotland. So far so sh1t.

Actually worth noting that Basel are ranked higher even than Sp Lisbon and PSV. In fact they are ranked higher than every team bar Spurs. So one to avoid for Motherwell. There I have gone and jinxed it. Away to Basel it is.....

Just noticed the seedlings and actually Basel are the 2nd highest ranked seeds after Spurs. Above even Sp Lisbon and PSV that Aberdeen could be drawn against. Would defo want to avoid them.

We all want to progress are far as possible but that is fantasy for all sides outside Old Firm. Since UEFA has seeds and non seeds to make sure all the big boys get to the latter stages. Corrupt to the core. All I would say is if Motherwell are going to lose I would rather lose to PSV or Sporting Lisbon than Hapoel Beef Sheva or even Copenhagen. Then again don’t suppose it matters as we are not allowed to attend either way. Only thing with it being a 1 legged affair a chance to fluke a win. Not likely for Motherwell as we cannot fluke a win in the SPFL but u never know.

Where has this come from ? If so rather uninspiring if we beat Coleraine. Most seeded teams would beat us comfortably but no real glamour names :-(

The only upside to Gothenburg would be that it would make it a full house v Nordic region, since we have played teams from Finland, Norway and Denmark already. Somehow they have only won 2 of 18 games this season. Also only lost 5 ! Mind we could be saying that at this rate. Still I remember them as a right good team. Play in an 18,000 seater stadium and won the old UEFA cup twice.

Coleraine have done something we have never done and that is beat a seeded team ! So either Coleraine, Gothenburg or Torshavn 36. Have to think home tie v Faroes side would be the best draw with an away tie at Gothenburg the toughest of the 3. Home or away to Coleraine would be no easy task either given they finished above Glentoran and just beat Maribor away.

Story of our season so far. On paper we have a decent defence and midfield. Yet every game we shoot ourselves in the foot. No doubt Celtic deserved to win but it annoys the f**k out of me to see we are 1-0 down and Celtic have had 1 shot on target ! Hamilton have 2 shots on target and win 1-0. We are always likely to f**k up and with little luck it almost always results in a goal. Unless that changes then we will be at the bottom of the table for most of this season.

That is a decent signing for Hibs. Would much rather had Murphy than Hastie but we probably could not afford his wages. Hibs and Aberdeen shaping up to have best squads outside the Old firm this season. Expect them to finish in 3rd and 4th place this season.

I was hoping for 3 match ban as we play you in 3 games time. BUT.... I don’t believe for a minute the players felt they were doing much wrong and given loads of public have been not following guidelines it would be a travesty if they were punished any further.
