  1. It's always good to beat them, and it's always shite to lose to them. What are you struggling with?
  2. He hasn't impressed me that much. Played on the left yesterday, the other trialist played from the start and was very good. My preference is the latter.
  3. A fair percentage of our support (myself included) would be happy if he did. Last season was decent, apart from the disappointment at the end. Good luck this season.
  4. Thanks. I had forgotten about him! Don't think he has done him any favours tbh. Although in a way, I have some sympathy for the boy. He should have had some game time after the game at Firhill.
  5. I wouldn't like to see us go up with what we have today. It would cost us a fortune to improve, and it would still not be enough. I'd love to see us in the top league again though, just not at all costs.
  6. That's not putting the boot in. He's correct in his assessment about both teams. BTW, he thought the same about our chances last season, and look how that turned out.
  7. What do you mean? The two players play for Morton not Falkirk! I'm missing your point.
  8. If you are, then I agree. BTW, Riordan and O'Connor are both available. Ex team mates of your gaffer. Would be good short term signings.
  9. You're not getting Tony back, he's one of our best reserve players. Hopefully one for the future.
  10. A very under rated player. He would be an excellent signing for you.
  11. Have you considered a career in the Diplomatic Service. This is good.
  12. I'm not sure what you're getting at here. If you refer to the fact that we have wasted money in the past, with no positive end result, then I agree with you. We are cutting back season on season, and the quality of player that we are affording doesn't fill anyone full of excitement. However, this is the only way to stay away from debt imho. What point are you making? I thought you guys already have substantial debt.
  13. I don't agree with you at all. The rest of the teams will manage just fine, though as you say, on a reduced income. Celtic will be the ones who will be biggest hit, but I also think that they'll manage their business in the proper way. The only real problem has come from your team. They deserve to be punished for what they have done. I for one hope that they do survive all of this. I would prefer that they are demoted to SFL3, and are forced to work their way back. At least they'll have the time to sort their affairs out. This happens on many countries, and it should happen here. The transfer embargo is fair. I believe Rangers will appeal this. If they fail with this, I would increase the period to 2 years.
