  1. The BBC list has Vanoli only scoring once but I can definitely say he scored a second and songs were created in his honour for it.Admittedly the songs were by the Dunfermline fans.
  2. I'm still pretty sure that the rules are that football debts must be paid completely but somehow these debts are being lumped into the cva meaning Dunfermline get a packet of crisps and a couple of penny dainties for the 83K they are owed and other clubs get proportionatly more dainties for bigger debts.Dont think Fifa or Uefa will be happy that yet another of their golden rules gets pissed on by the Duff squad.
  3. He still cant grasp that Rangers cheated their way to survival by keeping tax money to run the club. They still owe various other non cheating clubs wads of cash which looks like it'll never be paid but thats ok as they aren't the mighty Rangers and they should be proud to donate to them.He also says not a word about Greens dodgy loan deal to buy the club but instead worries he might run away.Maybe as an Airdrie supporter he should remember David Murray kicking them when they were down. The man is an arrogant tit who should be kicked into touch.
  4. So many crooks and so little left to hoover up.I'm sure Mr Green will make a few bob though, especially if the mugs buy season tickets.Season ticket money, old shell trick and off he'll go riding into the sunset.
  5. http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/football/show-us-the-money.17769614 To be honest I feel sorry for all the reasonable Rangers supporters who see their club being ripped apart by conmen. They seem to be popping up from everywhere to see if they can scam a few quid out of this without actually spending a penny.White certainly picked his administrators with care as they seem to be the biggest wide men of the lot.
  6. To be honest getting rid of Green and a demotion to the 3rd with fans and a few biggish supporter investors taking over might be the best thing that could happen. No more shysters trying to rob them blind and a real fanbase running the club would be the best thing that could happen for them and Scottish football.Big crowds in lower divisions and more interest by tv.They cruise up the leagues and in 3 years the young players have developed well.In the Spl they'd get back challenging without the baggage and they also have the kudos of improving every league they have gone through. But in the real world the crooks will pick the bones clean and everybody will still hate them.
  7. The whole joke of a league we have was caused by Murray and his tax-funded revolution.Prior to his 'free' takeover of Rangers teams worked mostly within their means.Grounds were not all seated but fans were not unhappy with this. The Taylor report had nothing to do with Scotland but somehow any team that wanted to play with the 'big boys' had to have 10,000 seats, putting teams in debt to fund this unwanted and uneeded 'improvement'.To try to keep up teams also bought players from abroad ,as they had to be better as they had foreign names, and paid them good wages. Now the revolution has been shown to be a game of smoke and mirrors the whole of Scottish football is in a mess and yet we are still told we need the primary causes to keep the game going. Thanks very much but I'd rather take my chances without them and conmen like Murray,White and Green.Losing the biggest crooks going would not be a bad thing and might get football a bit back to its roots.I have no qualms with Celtic as 'The Bannet' came in and stopped the excesses and they, although still millions more, live within their means now.Unfortunately most other clubs are on their uppers trying to match the con-trick and crowds are dropping. Lets just bite the bullet, close them down and fight our way back to normallity without them.
  8. Meanwhile, Fifa are thought to be more satisfied now that Rangers' successful appeal against a Scottish Football Association tribunal's ban on signing players has returned to the footballing domain. What? So Fifa are happy for East Stirling to get legal aid to contest a red card(not picking on East Stirling btw) and all the other sides in Europe deciding this is a good idea just raising a court case to get the punishment reduced. The whole house of cards is in danger of tumbling down if they dont stamp on this now.
  9. Motherwell have to go part-time?What Rangers fan suggested this with champions league money and a low cost squad. Mind you if you cant play Rangers you have no chance of surviving(mention this to the full time sides in division one) as we all know as they are the ones who support the whole of Scottish football.
  10. According to bbc report fifa told sfa to get it fixed or they would take action so this idea they dont care might be wrong.
  11. Unbelievable. They reckon that UEFA and FIFA aren't getting involved in this as they are scared of the mighty Rangers.Sorry guys it's not that they just cant be bothered getting up to squash an ant. http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=221255
  12. What happens if the Court agree that the SFA panel did not have the right to bestow the transfer ban punishment. Does it mean they have to use the sanction they do have and just wind them up as they considered this at the panel but cut it to a years transfer ban out of the goodness f their hearts.
  13. Simple congratulations to Hearts. Also personal congratulations to Paulo Sergio as he seems a sound guy who I hope carries on at Hearts,he deserves it.
  14. Ok typing crap but Uefa will get involved if they dont pay the money for Jelavic as thats not purely a Scottish thing. They pay those debts in full then the taxman isnt going to be happy getting a fraction back.As I said explain how you do it as I cant see how you can keep both camps happy.
  15. Ticketus paid for the ticket sales for next 3 years to the company not Whyte so I cant see how they can be shafted with a couple of quid from Hughie Green when those tickets will still be sold by said company. That one seems a nice bit of business. Also still nobody explains how Hughie is going to slither past paying the football debts without screwing his cva deal.Eufa dont appreciate teams reneging on these debts and are liable to throw a lather large book at them if they try offering pence in the pound.
  16. Does this mean that the multi-million warchest for new players wont be needed now and can just be used to pay back the debts they owe.
  17. If things keep going the way they are we might not yet be down.If Rangers do go to the 3rd(still possible) then they have to decide who's in between us and Dundee.Grey area then as the rules say us if it happens during season but it's out of the season now and no rules really for that. Would be a bit of a joke if a team that were in administration twice replace a team who were liquidated after administration.Doesn't really bother me as we now have decent games ahead with good crowds.
  18. Yep they agree 70% of cva's but further down is an interesting snippet. However, it should be noted that if you do propose a CVA then you should try and pay as much tax as you can prior to the creditors meeting. It is common sense really as if you are asking for their support then you need to be seen to be doing the utmost in persuading them your business is viable and that you will pay any tax owed in the future.
  19. I still cant get my head round this cva to pay a pittance of the tax they should have paid this season(forgetting all the other seasons) while they still collect 2nd place money using the players they never paid the tax on in the first place.Maybe thats why I dont run a business as I'd consider it theft playing a game like that.
  20. As somebody pointed out earlier Dunfermline go down to Division 1 with no tv money and no games against Rangers but they'll survive and probably get bigger gates playing Raith and Falkirk than they got against the OF.Scottish football will survive without Rangers so can the idiots telling us it's the end of the world just check the facts. Also as somebody else pointed out Scottish crowds are much higher than Irelands so that crap about being like the League of Ireland is rubbish.Anyway didnt an Irish side do better than either of the bigot brothers in Europe this year. The reason all the clubs are strapped anyway was due to Murray playing like a bully on a poker table and making them spend in excess of their income.Prior to his spending spree(or as we have now discovered our tax spending spree) clubs didnt go daft spending money on foreign duds and debts were pretty well controlled. Was it 3 years ago the OF were all set to up sticks and move to England with absolutely no cares about it being the end of Scottish football.Funny how we would have survived that but now we really really need a strong Rangers or the whole country is finished. Chorting Chics comment about half the fans watching SPL games on a Saturday being at one of the OF grounds was supposed to show that we need them but what money do 50,000 fans watching a Rangers/Celtic game give to the rest of Scottish football.Just in case Chics calculator isnt working the answer is 0.All these pounds go straight into the coffers of the Glasgow giants without even travelling expenses to the opposition. SKY have never actually said they will pull out of Scotland if Rangers arent around so even if the deal is cut a bit the Rangers slice would probably cover the cut and everybody else would just get about the same.
  21. The only bit I dont get in this long sorry story is HMRC.Has anybody actually heard them say they would be happy with 10p in the pound return. If I understand how the cva thing works the majority of creditors have to agree and I'd guess the taxman would probably be the major creditor. If they say no just sell the lot and give us a share I'd guess they'd get more money and all these glorious plans would go up in smoke. Oh while I remember dont they seem to have assumed that Eufa would not hit them with a 3 year European ban just because they are the mighty Rangers.
  22. Interesting how everybody calls it a fooball debt. The money never belonged to Rangers in the first place, the same as the Dundee Utd money. The ticket sales belonged to the other clubs and I think the matter being brought up in parliament has decided the administrators as it was described as theft.
