Recently discovered that my dad died at the in his 40's due to heart disease and it was sudden and symptom-less before it obviously wasn't. This has led to my missus basically freaking out and thinking that I'm going to die any second.
This is about to sound naive as hell; is there some sort of test to assess things? Is it worth having a conversation with my GP? Or, should I just basically try and keep healthy as normal and forget about it?

That is quite easily the best promo I've seen in AEW or even wrestling in the last 10 year. Cody's promo the other week was top notch and with Jake back involved, there's now a storyline that has me genuinely wanting to watch wrestling again.
Utter class the way he left the ring. Criminal that WWE haven't used Jake more since his recovery. He'll be a great mouthpiece.

Noticed Div is packing up the St Mirren forum and giving it to someone else at the end of the season.
End of days for P&B?

Anyone else getting this error recently? Seems to be happening at least 3-4 times a day for me.

Also, what is Peter Grant on about saying Alloa were playing against 12 men last night?

Parry pulled off a cracking save from McDaid's free-kick, Forster's header, Nelson's flick on that Parry turned round the post, Berra's header right at the end that Parry clawed away. Parry was in top form. That goal bound saving tackle on McGowan early in the first half was also amazing from an Alloa perspective.
Then we had a shot cleared off the line just at the FT whilst and obviously, Nelson's 3 sitters.

Big two games coming up.

Alloa didn't threaten once all night. Last time they didn't score away from home was back in October and they'd scored 4, 1, 3, 3 goals in their last 4 away games. Safe to say Berra has massively improved us at the back.
Drawing at home to Alloa can never be described as a positive result regardless of circumstance, but we look much more like a team than we did earlier in the season. Desperately hope Hemmings is back for Saturday though.

I thought he was about our worst player because he was so slow in possession. Him in possession just allows the other side to get back behind the ball and in shape.
After Crankshaw’s display down at Dumfries he should’ve started and it’s baffling he never.
Thought McGhee was very good in the defensive midfield position.
Can't agree with that. Thought he was creative, kept the ball moving and always looked forward. Nelson was our worst player due to the amount of sitters he missed.
Agree on McGhee, tidy shift.

Right own up, who the f**k was taking the piss and gave Gowser man of the match?
I take it he got it because he had more touches than anyone else because he holds on to the ball far too long
Thought McGowan played really well tonight.

Nah, not blaming the manager tonight. Plenty to blame him for, but not tonight.
Nelson should have buried his chances and it's just one of those nights. It'd be acceptable if it wasn't for our gutless displays earlier in the season.
We seem to be rock solid at the back. Hopefully that continues and Hemmings will be back.

Players with that sort of ability are in short supply. Do you reckon there will be a lot of top flight clubs after him at the end of the season?
St Johnstone again, perhaps, but I can't see him leaving us.

McGowan is very good at being the link up striker.

Nelson has missed 4 glorious chances. At least 2, if not 3 were sitters.
Played well and Parry pulled off a wonder save from a Forster header.

Alloa have beaten us once at Dens in the league - in 1939. They've only ever won twice at Dens, and the second was in 98/99 when they put us out the League Cup 0-1 with a Gregor McKechnie goal.
We are unbeaten in 7 games against them (Last defeat was 08/09 in the Challenge Cup).
Unbeaten in 90 year when it comes to league competition.
You know what that means.

IIRC when Nacho Novo scored two against us and kissed the badge (mentioned in the Tele recently) he dropped to his knees at full time giving it the "I'm not worthy" salute to both the Shankly and the derry which we'd given over. His explanation that he'd previously got abuse doesn't wash with me I'm afraid.
I'd accept his apology if it wasn't for his stunt in the friendly against Rangers under Bomber.

Div doesn't care, he has made his millions. Sad, very sad.
I seen he's punting the St Mirren forum at the end of the season. Is P&B safe? @Div
