  1. Speaking about the Number Stations, I'm sure there is something about China who have been running blocking devices for years but every so often, these stop and Russian message is broadcast. I've been trying to find it again since I last read it but I've been finding it rather difficult. Here's one, the birth-place of pre-frontal lobotomy, Danvers State Hospital (Appears in the film Session 9) was scheduled for destruction a few years back as they were making it into apartment flats or something like that. (Who'd live there?!) On April 7 2007, four of these apartments went on fire and four of the construction trailers burnt down in a large mysterious fire that was visible from 17 miles away. The buildings under construction were decimated and the older buildings that were left received minimal damage, a few were slightly burnt from the heat of the fire but other than that were fine. An investigation took place into the fire and authorities could not figure out what caused the blaze. More interestingly, the construction company had set-up a webcam link of the construction of the old site but at 2.03 am on the night of the fire, the pictures cut out and the webcam was disabled. Here's where the story is slightly ruined, Danvers has been fully renovated now with only the underground tunnels and the graveyard remaining. Danvers State Asylum is the creepiest place in the world IMO. Some of the stories I've heard about that place are unreal and the worst of it is, some are proven fact.
  2. 1. Chernobyl - Most people know of Chernobyl on this website and I believe there is still a topic floating about somewhere on it. 2. The Door to Hell in Uzbekistan. As far as I know, the Russians found a cave whilst digging that was filled with a gas too toxic for humans to enter, so they decided the best possible thing to do was set it on fire. And it's been burning away ever since. 35 years to be exact. 3. Polybius - The video game that turns you mad. No-one actually knows if this video game exists and many people have actively went out to prove that it doesn't exist. I'll let you decide if you read up on it. The Simpsons even spoofed it. Number 3 is tame in comparison to the others, but what else is there that's just not quite right? (Que someone saying me.)
  3. Done that quiz and got 92. Severely disappointed with myself as I should have got a lot more. I forgot the Big Show amongst other such obvious ones as Albert (I got Test) and any of the Holly's and I never even got Animal or Hawk.
  4. It's about Chyna & a match last night.
  5. I'll pose a question to P&B'ers, do you think some directors intentially go out to make 'So shit it's good' films? Most people fail in this regard and it only brings the director a bad rep but I really can't see the thought process behind some of these films.
  6. David Essex is joining the Square in the Summer as part of the Moon clan.
  7. Is it on TV? Checked Challenge and it doesn't have it listed.
  8. That's a bit shit. I don't know anyone who has the game, never mind Black.
  9. I can only catch Ralts from an unpopulated White Forest and I have no means of getting my DS online. Is there any offline way of expanding the White Forest?
  10. Carla's Song Very good, emotional film and I liked the other Ken Loach films I'd seen ie, Sweet Sixteen and My Name is Joe, so I thought I'd give this a watch. Robert Carlyle is excellent in this film which seems to move all over the shop and many characters are left being one-dimensional due to the focus on Carla and George. I liked it though so; 6/10
  11. The Undertaker & Triple H have been fined for Triple H hitting Taker with a chair to the head. 'Pursuant to WWE’s Concussion policy, the stunt of using a folded metal chair shot to the head is prohibited. Triple H and The Undertaker have both been fined for violating this policy at WrestleMania XXVII. WWE penalizes through fine and/or suspension for violation of this policy, which is unchanged and still in effect.'
  12. The Human Centipede This is far from being a 'good' film, but I was strangely absorbed into the absurdity of it all. It did give me the fear as it's medically accurate believe it or not, so all it takes is one mad doctor to have seen this film and you're pumped. I hear they are making a sequel but considering only 2 people in the whole film survive and one of those was a passing by pervert, I can't see where they'll go with it. I strangely liked the film and would probably give it a higher mark but in reality, it's a terrible film. 4/10.
  13. White Outsells Black by 13,000 Copies.
  14. Cheers. I'll have a look for it, definitely intrigued by it.
  15. Sounds top notch, the only worry I have is, is it a difficult read?
  16. Weasel. I love this thread, I've excessively used the word 'Weasel' over the past 100 or so pages and no-one has picked me up on it, instead they have kept on with the game as if the word 'Weasel' is relevant.
