As I said everyone happy to suggest ways in which this disaster can benefit their own club .

To be fair it’s the fairest solution with no negative impact on teams. All of the top two in Scottish leagues have a decent gap between them and third. Of course it benefits us as well, I’ll take any solution going that gets us out this hell hole.

ETA. Obviously the fairest way if the league season can’t be completed, imo.

I don’t know why the club bothers putting up an interview each week with either of the 2 managers.

The interviewer has the most boring voice, the questions are the same , the answers are the same and there is never anyone injured.

    Utterly pointless!!

And they failed to even ask about the one injury we know f**k all about.

I felt a draw was probably a fair result. However, both sets of fans will probably think they had the best chances to win it. Cagey first half with Falkirk happy to let us have the ball in our own half. Second half was better but it was evident both teams were worried about losing.

I said before the game it was important to win. I still feel we might look back on this as a missed opportunity come the end of the season. Neither teams looks like winning 5 or 6 in a row so getting 3 points last night would have been huge.

Falkirk remind me a bit of us in our first season at this level under Barry Smith (football wise as well as a lot of the off the field stuff and disliking half you own players). Organised defensively, hard to break down and very direct with lots of long balls going forward. It’s not great to watch but it’s effective. I think that defensive organisation gives them the edge for the run in but I thought that with us under Barry Smith too...

I still expect Falkirk to win the league but that’s through my natural pessimism for the Rovers rather than anything I’ve actually watched. The three draws in the league and last nights game show there is really nothing between the two sides. I’d imagine both sets of fans will think they have the better side but there really is very little in it.

The main concern for us is Thomson’s injury, looks like he’ll be out for a while. Said to my mates as soon as Munro came on that corners and crosses would cause us all sorts of bother. Expected us to hold out longer than 3 minutes though... He’s a young keeper, his confidence looks shot but we really can’t afford to be lumbered with a bomb scare for the remainder of the season, he needs to step up and get back to the decent form he showed earlier in the season.

All to play for, plenty twists and turns to come, can’t see either side running away with it. I think Falkirk have a slightly better run in so I’d still make them favourites but there’s every chance it could come down to the last day which terrifies me tbh.

No way are we favourites. Rovers are the better side, imo. Both teams will drop points between now and May meaning I think it’ll still be winnable for both come the last game of the season. If we can stay 1 point behind for the challenge cup game and win on the Saturday to put us top it’ll be interesting to see how Raith react to the pressure. Is your postponed fixture the following Tuesday?

Looking to head out for 8-10 days or so in October.

Probably split equally between the two, and getting in a few games of fitba in each.

Plan at the moment is to fly into BA, then flight upto Rio, then back from there.

Any tips, recommendations etc most welcome.

    Hi there.

Spent time in South America last year so quite fresh in the memory. I’d definitely push for 10+ days, if 8 I’d be inclined to maybe just do one of the city’s and something closer by. Far too much to see and do between the two city’s. I’d suggest, if possible, throwing in Iguazú Falls as well for a couple of days between the two city’s. Id say 4/5 nights at each would be fine but you won’t have many days just soaking in the atmosphere with a cold one! Really depends what you want to see and do I suppose.

Let me know if you want to know anything specific. When you have a set time booked I’ll try help out as much as I can.

Both city’s are incredible - you’ll have a great time.

What did Miller bringing himself on achieve?

He’s done. Hardly sends a positive message to McMillan either. Really strange call.

I can understand him going to get warmed up at 0-0 to try and spark the place a bit (which it did) but no way should he be coming on at 2-0 when we’re trying to see the game out.

I thought it was a decent move tbh.
Gives Miller much needed minutes and adds another available player to our squad. I expected him to be less mobile and thought he won most of his aerial battles. McMillan has had more than enough chances since M&M have came in.

Maybe this is the girly Miller fanboy within me that’s blurring my vision though!

How many times do the losing fans say “2 poor teams”. 3 games against us no goals. Dixon looked right scared of Morrison.

Up to the 72nd minute , I doubt few would argue tbh.

I’d argue from the start of the second half we looked a better side. We had created a few chances leading up to the goal with Longridge’s effort especially being unlucky.

Was just about to comment on that post. Dixon was one of the better players on the park tonight, my man of the match. In comparison, Morrison was a complete diddy with pace whose final ball tonight was horrific.

Yes, because the caption in the bottom left of the second screenshot says "Ross County fans at Kilmarnock yesterday".

I think it's a bit unfair to compare the two crowds given the differing contexts but, like a lot of teams, if Queen's Park can put together a side that challenges for a title, they've got a great chance to attracting and maintaining a decent support going forward.

Exactly. Comparing a Scottish cup tie and a bog standard league fixture is extremely unfair. Especially when Ross County had 3 trips to the west of Scotland within the space of a week with Rangers and Celtic away the Wednesday and Saturday before this tie. Then add the distance to travel for each side into the equation.
