He was supposed to be carrying a slight knock so not being risked in friendlies but I thought that meant he'd be back by now.

Dunfermline with 2 keepers on the bench for some reason.🤔

With Keena ripping it up they’ll probably be looking to rotate every 2 goals to limit the confidence blow, IMO.

No being funny here but am pretty much sure a lot of us thought the same before Rory Loy  returned and look how that panned out.  We just dont know is the answer to whatever we are asking.  If it happens it happens but its pretty much a fingers crossed and hope for the best

That could happen to any signing, not just an ex player. Loy was a no brainer signing at the time as he had just finished the season absolutely flying at St.Mirren.

Appreciate its limited highlights from a preseason game but we looked to being with a bit of pace and driving forward which has been lacking from the club for a number of seasons.
Hopefully be an end to a dozen sideways passes to end up exactly where we started!

You looked a far better team than last season based on the highlights. Wish you well for next season.

What’s the latest with Vaughan? Outstanding player and it’s been painful to watch his career develop as it has done.

When Mrs JB washes the dishes she wears rubber gloves. Hence the water used to fill the basin is hotter than the sun.

She then leaves the water in the basin so if you touch it with your bare hands you get scalded. In addition, she leaves the mixer tap pushed all the way to the left so when you switch it on, again you get scalded.

Another sink related thing is leaving cloths bleaching in the basin.

This for me also. Unreal how rapid you can pull a plug under those conditions. Encounter any difficulty and your hand is toast. I’ve yet to back down from the challenge and introduce cold water to the sink.

  5. Looking forward to us beating Premiership opposition comfortably in our next friendly for the same set of posters to believe we are on our way to a season as quadruple champions. We are the most entertaining, knicker-wetting, greetin’ faced support on the forum bar none. And I love it.x

Aye, seems to be an affair that left the bad taste. A pretty normal life event these days.

Would prefer to point out he is one of the reasons Orlando went from nothing to a club in the MLS and left them in a pretty good state

Agreed. Baffling to judge him on a reddit comment from ‘yogagal69’ when he has a track record within the game.

Roll on the diddy cup games, might give us a platform for some decent banter. The past couple of pages of complete shite principally on an utter excuse of a manager......

Definitely. Hopefully we will have a few friendlies this month that can be shown on Ftv to look forward to. Any rumours of ins or outs at the club? Anyone stupid enough to take Sammon off our hands yet?

  8. I just want to add Ben Nevis is an utter shite walk. Regardless of the weather.

If you haven't done it afore I'd do it to tick it off but I have done it 3 or four times and I hate it.

Aye we’re doing it for exactly that reason. Staying over in FW as well which I’m not expecting much from either.

  9. Looking for some guidance. I’m walking Ben Nevis (the ‘boring’ tourist route) on Saturday and I’m a total novice at hillwalking. (3 Munros to my name - Ben Vorlich, Ben Lomond and Schiehallion).

The weather isn’t looking the greatest for Saturday with 60kmh winds at the top of Nevis and 40kmh at 500m. Is this still doable? Would this still be perfectly safe going by the mountain path. Probably a daft question but unsure what wind speed would seriously start to affect your walk.

    Cheers.

Falkirk fans are currently delighted that Alan Gow seems to be taking control of their club...

Which ones? I see quite a bit of cautiousness on the subject.

RandomGuy talking absolute nonsense once again. After last year I don’t think anyone is anything other than cautious. He’s possibly just looking for attention as his club keep patching his Messi wyscout reviews.

On the topic, this on paper looks the real deal and it’s hard not to feel envious of Dunfermline. See yous all at Oktoberfest: Abbeyview 2021 boys.x

  11. Louis Longridge would be a great signing if you manage to get him as well. Exciting player who can frustrate the life out of you at times with being too greedy but will destroy League 2. Picked up his fair share of assists and goals last season in League 1.

Loved Tommy at Falkirk. Horrible at defending but great going forward. League 1/2 is probably about his level.
