Gullan was a miss last night, I'm fairly sure we'd have won by more if he had been on. If he's ready for Saturday - which looks unlikely given he wasn't even on the bench last night - I would be confident of getting a result.

Caley to win this in the most ridiculous of circumstances.
Rovers to lose a player to a season long injury and I'll go for a red card as well.
Yes, that's exactly how these games have gone since promotion.

I think Cameron will make a difference - having been a creative attacking midfielder he'll know how to get the best out of ours.

This is like a cursed fixture for us whereas teams like Hamilton can casually take the points from them on a regular basis like sweeties from a bairn. This time I think we'll do it - IF we can take a couple of the sitters we create.

There's no defending Connell for those misses....
Frederiksen was conspicuous by his absence from almost all our attacks on the highlights...
Connell is so inept with these chances it's now an expectation he'll waste them. His only redeeming action as a striker is his goal against Ayr.
Murray has twice said Frederiksen needs to be worked on; he clearly knows what he's got and what he hopes to end up with so maybe there's still expectation there.0 -

QP also 13 to our 2.
Strangely, QP' had 5 to Arbroath's 7 in the very next game. I was at our QP game, there was something far wrong with our set up that day.

Other teams seem to get hunners of corners against us we seem to get next to none (don’t recall any tonight).
We had a couple. But aye, Morton had a lot on Saturday too.

The keeper did his job.
A wheelie bin would have saved them

A win against injury hit Bogey Thistle on Saturday would see us move to within two points of them and possibly into the top four.
They're the only team to have lost less league goals than us, but tellingly only Arbroath and Accies have scored less. If only we had a striker...0 -

No strikers is our problem. Having to play midfielder s/wingers upfront is the difference from last year.
Tell us about it, did you see how pish Big Fred and Connell are? The only current resemblence of a striker is Gullan and he's constantly taken off injured.

Think his position needs to be questioned if we loose against hamilton. His team selections and tactics have been questionable to say the least but most of all his signing policy has been shocking and arguably lead to a couple of important players leaving. My take on it is that Arbroath benefitted from very good loan signings which of course are gone and the replacemets aren't of the same quality ('though maybe you'll disagree about Tait). Also you relied on your solid defence but with Jason gone and Big Tam either off the boil or banned that foundation hasn't been there.

If you're talking about Ethan, I have a gut feeling he'll be away in January, or the summer at latest.
I can't see him being freed, aren't there are issues remaining with Aberdeen?

Absolute pish. Midfield was completely overrun and we did nothing to change that.
According to the Beeb's stats you had 59% possession.

Off the Arbroath bar now. There's an air of inevitability about this...

This has an Arbroath fluke written all over this game...
I would send Connell back to Killie reserves, a waste of a shirt.0 -
How many times... last week it was Easton.

Good to see McKenna back
I wonder if he'll put Spencer out for the rest of the campaign, like last season

I thought we'd beat Morton but the result pissed me off. It's not often games run for us. Now I'm pessimistic about this game.

You must certainly wouldn't be of that opinion if you had this moron in charge of Ayr, that's for sure.
When we lose these next two matches he should be sacked. End of.
A "clown", now a moron.
Posts this extreme defy an adequate reply.

There is a reasonable probability that in a week's time we will be a third of the way through the season with 8 defeats from 12. Whether folk like it or not, that's the sort of form that loses a manager his job.
Wouldn't you just relish that - endless opportunities for you to unleash your obsessive negativity.

After coming second best to a gang like Morton it doesn't, look like we'll be anywhere near the top four, because they won't be.

Why are we so pish up front
