  1. Are any of the candidates? None stand out for me, but in Aitken I do see a manager who knows his stuff in this league.
  2. What a drama queen you really are. If you continue to post garbage I will continue to call you up for it. You're the one who says this is a free speech forum. Are we not allowed to disagree with you and your merry band?
  3. Possibly. You do realise that's a whole lot different from saying someone is "utter garbage" eh?
  4. Well the usuals have nailed their hilarious GIFs to the mast early doors and slaughtered a player as well. Top effort lads.
  5. So not happy with the main crux of the statement then? If you read the overview properly it details clearly the financial position of the club, rightly or wrongly it's pretty obvious why JP has been kept on.
  6. Have I missed the appointment of Derek Adams as Raith manager? Forfar and Stranraer haven't "pumped money" into ageing experienced squads, they've used what little money they have to good effect. Not quite sure how scrapping the U20s set-up would automatically mean success for the first team? Need that one clarified. We had fairly reasonable success last season whilst operating an U20s side. I really don't see the link.
  7. Nope. You seemed very upset about a strip launch for some bizarre reason.
  8. What an angry young man you seem to be. My pretty obvious point was, his team ran us very very close that season & if it wasn't for Martin Hardie, they would've most certainly won promotion. Not that you'd noticed, through the rage.
  9. Agree with this 100%. Not saying he'd be my preferred choice, but some of the criticism of McGlynn is harsh to say the least. If it hadn't been for BMMMH the Rovers would've won that league at a canter.
  10. At least you're not letting it get to you or anything. No sirreeeee
  11. The game at Firhill in November was the beginning of the end. Rumours were rife something serious was up.
  12. Appointed in December 2007. Promoted May 2011. 3 years 6 months to get us promoted. 3 full seasons. Agree that we did improve steadily year-on-year though. Liked him as I said. One of my favourite times watching The Pars & signings like Gibson, Graham & Cardle made me actually look forward to going to games again after the absolute dross served up by Hay & Kennys' teams. Shame it was all built on fuckin sand though.
  13. I loved watching the Pars under McIntyre, although it did take him nearly 4 seasons to get us out Division 1 and there were some fairly rancid performances in amongst all the memorable ones too. That will be conveniently forgotten by all the misty-eyed Pars fans above who now think he's some sort of Messiah but probably hounded him out when we were in total freefall 3 years ago.
  14. What a bunch of drama queens, bleating on about "how shite this league is". You realise how ridiculously arrogant you look to fans of every other team above & around us. No wonder we're despised so much.
  15. Only if you've got f**k all better to do than trawl football forums making snide comments. Dork.
  16. Utterly outstanding gig. Well impressed with the venue although we were seated so far to the RHS of the stage we were behind it about in line with the big screen behind the choir. For a venue of that size the sound was phenomenal. The version of Champagne Supernova blew me away. The guy is a living legend although I already knew that.
