I really don't know what you want out of this thread? The vast majority of Pars fans acknowledge that recent events have not cast a great light over our club. I am certainly not proud of the way those in charge have shat on so many people from a great height. It's more a sense of relief that we have a club in some form to support. I've supported the Pars for 27 years & the last few months have been horrendous. By the way, I think there are quite a few Pars fans who have lost tens, if not hundreds of thousands of pounds out of this CVA.

Crowd wanks are soooooo last year. The valid point is as long as our crowds satisfy the budgets set at the start of each & every season then we'll be OK. it's not too hard a concept to grasp.

CVA has been formally approved

Those in the know (no offence) have been saying that the stadium acquisition would be relatively straightforward & the bank were previously keen for it to still be used for football.

It's good to know that, banter & rivalry aside, there are decent fans out there who genuinely don't want to see us go under. We have shat on so many clubs from a great height. We really don't deserve any good wishes but can I just say from all Pars fans - thanks.

Rumours are that GM will abstain removing debt owed to him from the %age required to get the CVA passed. Fcuk knows where that leaves us. Away to bed. One more sleepless night thank fcuk.

A couple of creditors on .net have completely denied the offer is 0p in the £.

Could be crucial. Every vote for accepting is needed to counter a possible GM boot to the stanes.

I won't be able to sleep easily until this CVA is approved. Rumour doing the rounds is that GM has giving his daughter power of attorney for the vote......

Would like to wish Queens all the best for the new season. After the utter madness of Stephen Kennys' reign at EEP, JM stablised our club & once he was allowed to shape the team with players he actually wanted, got us playing exciting attractive football. Obviously it was all on tick but watching Gibson, Cardle & Graham running at full backs was refreshing & made the admission fee worthwhile. As others have stated Division 1 is probably his level. No disgrace in that & I'm sure if he got the chance of SPL football again, he will have learned from his mistakes from 2 years ago. Good to see he's brought Gerry McCabe in too. Good luck!

Perhaps, the reason some may appear negative towards this meaningless pre-season game is that there's still a very real chance we may be liquidated before it is due to take place. The only thing I am concerned with just now is whether we exit administration or not & there's not a great deal of news on that front at present.
