  1. I’m not having that. Blame it on the Weatherman is a beauty.
  2. Pains me to say it, but the new (dirty, dirty) Leeds away shirt is a thing of beauty.
  3. Doherty was in my squad as far back as 2016. Made it to (c) in 2021, and demoted to vc in 2022 for big Doddie. She was inexplicably dropped for 2023, inadvertently overlooked for 2024 and I fear I'll be kicking my own arse for a while yet. Having led since week one I can only hope that this is a mid season dip, as opposed to a mortal blow. I fear the latter. FML.
  4. The “general area” hasn’t moved though. I would understand him missing with any subsequent shots if the target was on the hoof or whatever, but Trump is literally in the same place as the shot that hit. He shouldn’t have to fire wildly (and miss) at a target that hasn’t moved.
  5. How many shots did the fella manage to fire off? I find it unfathomable that he was able to hit his ear and then miss with every other one. It’s not as if the target moved any distance between being hit and the next shot. He’s either bought a rifle from the fairground and been incredibly lucky once, or the intent was never to kill.
  6. I'm conflicted about the top. Lots to like about it, the collar in particular (I love a polo collar which I know makes me weird). The badge - I don't know. I've always thought the mention of West Lothian on the badge a bit of a nonsense, but a generic lion with no mention of the club's name at all is a headscratcher.
  7. I’m not sure you’re comparing like for like with a couple of those places. Stevenage I know is a new town, but I don’t think any of the other English ones you’ve mentioned are. I would also imagine that Livingston’s population is lower than all of those English ones. Regarding their football clubs, and bearing in mind our successes in the last thirty years, I’d imagine our club will eclipse any of the other towns you’ve mentioned quite considerably.
  8. Woman in my local Greggs today who was in Adeje last week, and was incandescent that "there were nae posters up"
  9. Fantastic. I feared it would be lower because of natural factors - relegation, poor season last time round and also the fact that the world is a shitshow and every penny is a prisoner for everyone.
  10. I feel like Roy Schneider on that fucking boat.
