He's tied as Kiddy said to a longish deal at UAE and Ineos already have Carapaz, Bernal and Sivakov as GT leaders for the next few years. Plus Ineos/Sky, whether you like them or not have been brilliant at picking young prospects. They were after Evanepoel but he, probably correctly, decided he could advance his career quicker at DQS
