What exactly have the SFL said about Livi? Was this just a bluff or a serious threat?

I read into this that season tickets would fix their short term problems, leaving them aneed to find more money to deal with longer term ones.

Putting Livi 10 points behind is ofcourse only 3 wins and a draw. Although surely there would be a need to sell more players to make the club more finacially bouyant, but this in turn might see them relegated anywya. I could see why going into administration even with the threat of some relegation might be more appealing.

So if Livi go under, are those who bought season tickets just dumb or do they have a case for some sort of refund...?

I hope folk aren't bring threatened. Part of me wonders if this is some sort of smoke screen to deflect attention from the main issue.

Can't find much, other than that he is a lawyer and agent from Rome and that according to some Italian sources he is known as an intermediary between Italian players and English Clubs. His colleague Tomasso Angelini is Davie Hay's son-in-law.

Take along someone who speaks Italian perhaps. Then he'd look like a right fool. I'm not sure if by "Supporter" they are trying to personalise this, or is there only one supporter they know of?

So, if the council require payment by the 30th of June at the absolute latest, where does this put the SFL? Does this give them time to elect another club if Livi goes under? An earlier resolution would definietly be in everyone's best interests surely. We seem to have clubs not paying rent and others not paying taxes. This surely isn't the responsible way to run a club.
