Currently 12 but 5 when I wake up later today. Said it before and this is possibly a reasons to be cheerful thread for this pish but nothing makes me happier than a new post in here or the club pictures thread

Spent a good part of the night after the pub listening to The Lathums. It has just hit me my nephew first mentioned them to me 2 years ago almost to the day, i had no idea who they were. Went with the wife to see them in December last year, they were brilliant and tbh up there in the live bands I've seen. Not sure though if I'm now a cool uncle or just embarrassingly holding onto my youth, I hope it's just cool uncle with a decent taste in music.

I get terrible hangovers that usually have me bedridden and wasting a day. My wife bought me one of those big insulated cups that hold about a litre of fluid. I'm constantly drinking water now and it's always by my bed ready after a night boozing, this seems to have soothed the hangovers to point where they are almost non-existent.

Just had some ridiculously loud thunder in Paisley followed by a heavy downpour. This better be past for the dog walk that's due about now.

I wouldn't be against this tbh.

Wife is watching some utter shite TV series, Carnival Row I think it's called and it really is terrible. I'm sitting munching on a giant jar of chocolates contemplating getting back on the drink after having a dry day yesterday.

My brother has Guineas and the thought of taking Cooper over gives us the fear, he'd have the time of his life with them but the nephew's would need counseling.

Getting on the early Christmas presents.
