Guessing Bikey?

The reason why we don't have any at the moment is because he only just returned to Celtic; there will be plenty of others in the transfer/loan market. I think he offers good pace (and versatility like many of our other options) but his final ball hasn't been great. Would be okay with him signing again but don't really get the hype about a possible return.
Stability for the team would be the best argument, but that is obviously trumped if there's a superior option available to us.

Aye, plus the insane draw I'd hoped for at the Oz open has come to fruition here - Federer, Nadal, Djokovic and Del Potro all in one quarter together with Zverev, Kyrgios. Mental!!

JMDP broke his finger in the fourth set against Cilic. I really feel for him if points were awarded for Davis Cup and Olympics he would be top 20. He is currently 38th and unlikely to make a seeding in the Australian Open. There really could be some stinky draws in the Australian Open. You think Djokovic would like this?
1st Round Verdasco, 2nd Round Del Potro, 3rd Round Querrey 4th Round Federer, QF Nishikori, SF Wawrinka, F Murray
Of course you have Federer who is sitting on 16th in the World who will drop 150 points before the Australian Open likely taking him out of the top 16. Some really stinky draws could happen, but it will mean some spectacular games early on. Certainly has the potential for a great grand slam already.
Been getting a bit of a semi about the potential for a few early doors heavy weight clashes too.. Like you say with Federer potentially dropping out of the top 16 ahead of Oz, Murray or Djokovic could conceivably end up with all of Nadal, Federer and Del Potro in their quarter. Ouch.

Blue C of Ibox, sorry if that upset you.
Which one?

It's been a great season and for all those running Morton down for falling away/failing, if you're not closer to us than we are to Thistle, please observe my middle finger. Our squad was built for a tilt at the title and it's credit to the chairman, the manager and the squad that we'll either do that or be agonisingly just short.
Morton do have to figure out how best to run the club and where we are heading to, and to try for the SPL title this season was to go for the quick fix. I think we need to build now and the recent establishment of a decent youth set up and community engagement is a great first step. We're very fortunate to have a Chairman who loves the club and has sunk a fair chunk of his own money to keep us afloat.
Scottish football as a whole has deep rooted issues to address, more and more clubs look like they may go to the wall, and it's turning into a self interested battle to be amongst the last ones standing. I hope my club is one of those to remain and this season gives me hope that we will be.

Hbos have caused the death of rangers, Gretna and the pars and sent Motherwell, Dundee, Livingston into admin by wreckless lending and forcing them to build stadiums they didn't need to suit steel companies.
Hearts, Kilmarnock and others are on the brink yet nobody asks the question.
Not all bad then...

My understanding is that DAFC doesn't own EEP rather this owned by one of Masterton's other entities and leased back to the Pars?
Owned with a whopping great mortgage (£8m?)... so not owned at all.

How fucked up is this? McCoist appealing to fans to buy Season Tickets to avoid redundancies - presumably amongst the support staff, since the playing squad is being increased in size.
Granted the article does say that Edu and Bedoya are likely to leave, but are those two on a combined wage similar to the five (Black, Shiels, Kyle, Sandaza and Cribari) that have so far been brought in?
PS the article mentions that 20,000 season tickets have so far been sold which isnae bad for a fourth tier team I suppose.
Best bit is when he says he'd have been as suspicious if Princess Di or Mother Teresa had bought the club as he was of Charles Green. Is that because they're dead, Sally, or is it cos Mother Teresa is from 'the wrong side of the city'.....

Because other teams would not be allowed to get away with it
Indeed. This merely reinforces for the other clubs that the old firm are different.

Ah ok. You'd think he'd be quite easy to verify too, if anyone was there. Still not sure why we'd be looking at him when we're so well covered up front.
