  1. Bullen must have the best agent in the business btw - two year, bumper deal to start with then a rolling contract at the back of it And for what ?
  2. and Smith ... and Bullen ! Let's face it - that means our next manager will be Lee Bullen !
  3. I Googled it and found it was a rolling 12 month contract : Here
  4. Feck - I saw the St Johnstone bus when I was down there collecting the kids from school at the back of 3, even saw a chap in a St Johnstone track suit - might have popped in to see a bit of Pedro !
  5. I'd already asked about his contract and no answer was given - I had therefore assumed that he was contracted until the end of the season. Is this rolling contract deffo ? if so we should be sounding folk out right now !
  6. I refused to judge Pressley on last season believing he should be judged once he'd had a chance to do his own thing, and whilst I would rather have appointed someone else I could see why the club eventually went for him (no gripes from me at that point - dissapointed but realistic) and having given him until this season I'd say my opinion was pretty much cemented by half-time on the opening day (like most folk I'd imagine) The signing of Deuchar appeared to be a good one, most folk would have thought he'd get some goals - and perhaps the injury to McManus (am I really typing this !?) took away a mini revival that seemed possible at the time. Pressley aint the man going forward, and whilst I'd like to see someone else in charge right now (Calderwood ) with Pressley under contract then financially we are better off scrubbing this season and letting him go at the end of it - I don't think the current squad, even with a new manager, can win the league. We do need to get it right in the Summer though ... which, given the form, aint bloody likely Mon The Bairns etc.
  7. Didn't see this - just resurrected a previous thread we're hoachin' with them !!
  8. Dear God !! my back doors covered in the f'ckers !! Flying ant day 2010 !!!
  9. Mrs Ned usually watches Eastenders whilst I just tap away on the net but after Tuesdays episode I was quite keen to watch it last night ... and what a load of utter bollocks it was if I were Denise I would have locked, boarded up and then moved furniture in front of that door, I'm not convinced that anyone would have reacted like the big tall lass did when her mum had come back from the dead .. and they could all have just ran out of that house at any time without the rev being able to stop them, and then everyone just milling about outside waiting on the police to arrive - especially with the window panned in !? and, as someone has already said, the police just turn up and arrest someone who to thenm was just standing outside a house - didn't ask him to confirm who he was or aything ! Total bollocks
  10. That's cool - I've done all of the above but I'll hang on a couple more days before giving them a call.
  11. I decided to transfer some money I had from an internet shopping account to my Paypal account ... I thought the transfer would be instantaneous but a few days on and it's still not 'arrived' If you transfer money from Paypal to your bank account it can take a few working days ... is it the same when paying into Paypal in the way I have just done ?
  12. Roots by Sepultura ... and to think most Sepultura fans hate that album

  16. It's flying ant day ! there's gazillions of them in my kitchen !! I'm usually pretty tolerant of ants but I'm having none of this kitchen invasion malarky and the spray's been out big time - stick to the garden next time ya bassas

  19. It's the Sit-Com Police! FWIW, I think I enjoy it because I see a lot of me and my friends in the characters .... and Mrs Ned and as for not understanding it - I felt Sheldon's description of the Doppler Effect was innacurate
