In the process of making a home made Indian curry sauce.
In the pot is;
Tin of tomatoes, two chopped onions, bay leafs, a paste made of garlic, fresh ginger, crushed chillies, ground (coriander, cumin, fenugreek, fennel seeds), turmeric, a chicken cube, balti curry powder, salt and pepper. The longer the simmer, the better.
When I get home tonight it's just a matter of quick frying some boneless skinless chicken thighs, add in the sauce, chuck in some dried coriander leaf, microwave some basmati rice and cook the naan bread.
