  1. Nah not at all. Happy enough to have the cigars out in 4th and watching you lot shit the bed.
  2. No idea why, he was never staying. Was common knowledge he was off, he was never turning down Scotland for a variety of reasons. I think BB will have learnt from that close season.
  3. The Ross County game just before we came in was as bad as it gets. Looked like a team that would struggle to win that season nevermind finish 5th with wins at Ibrox and results home and away vs Celtic.
  4. The league in 2018/19 was of a higher standard than it is now too. Not underplaying what we've achieved this season but I genuinely went into every game that season expecting to win. Not quite there with this side, especially away from home. Dundee could quite possibly get into Europe after getting promoted last season and having a new manager.
  5. He inherited a team bottom of the league, no wins in first 8 games of the season then drew at Ibrox/Parkhead in his first two games then finished 5th that season then 3rd in his next season with a record points total. We've been excellent this season but don't think I'll see us have a side that Clarke had. The most points out any side in the calender year was some achievement and we'll never see the likes again. He only had Stewart a few months, lost his in January and stlll finished 3rd.
  6. Hearts had shifted 1200 by yesterday. Thought there would be a bit bigger an away support than that given it's your last proper away game this season.
  7. Be amazed if Chambers ends up at Dundee. Seems to have had a really good loan at Wigan.
  8. You said nothing to do with the club though, which wasn't true. They are run as separate entities but both reliant on each other, as both have the same owners. Absolutely every club event is there, players stay there when newly signed etc. To say it's nothing to do with the club is just wrong. The hotel isn't a football club liability any longer.
  9. Yes it is, clubs still has a small stake in it. It's also owned by the same person who owns the football club, so saying it has nothing to do with Killie would be daft.
  10. Bit of a defeatist attitude - you can beat them and ruin their party. You've also got the Celtic trophy day by the look of it which won't be at all nauseating.
  11. I'll console myself with Europe. Also, i'm looking it from the viewpoint that we have two chances to ruin their seasons between now and end of the season.
  12. Houses defo there long after the stadium but footprint of the stadium always been like that. This photo below is before the houses.
  13. Do you mean the bit far right of the stand? It's due to the houses behind, there's an underpass underneath the stand for access from Rugby Road gates.
  14. f**k, we scored a last minute winner at Somerset couple of years back in the derby and never even did a pitch invasion!
  15. Key is holding onto our players. Findlay, Dennis and Ndaba are on loan but i think the club will look to make 2 of them (FIndlay and Ndaba permanent) Watkins is out of contract which would be a big loss if we can't persuade him to re-sign (rumours are that he wants to move back down south with his family). Add to the fact i'd be amazed if we don't get bids for Armstrong, Watson and Mayo, so it's a big summer coming up.
  16. Felt that was as comfortable away win as we could have hoped for at this stage of the season. We could have and should have had a couple more.
  17. Yes, we are known for our away form. We travelled in same numbers last season when it took us until April to get an away win and we stayed up with the skin of our teeth. Suppose, even if that was the case, least we've got the fans there in the wilderness, unlike some.
  18. I prefer it there. i also think it's easier to create an atmosphere as you can move about and sit with mates. In that main stand it always ends up with folk being told to sit down etc as theres not much scope to move to another section and have folk stand together.
  19. That was midweek earlier on in season when we were in no way in great form. Not sure why us needing more than that section comes as a surprise for Saturday.
