What this man said! Worth adding that once the team return next week there’s no reason as to why the club can’t begin to actively promote the season card again pointing out all the benefits. For some the idea of sharing a card would have been obvious but for others they wouldn’t have considered or thought about it. Now fixtures are out & it’s not too long until the football returns I hope there’s a boost in sales. Could make all the difference in where we will be aiming to finish.

Danny always spoke highly of Munro & was disappointed at the time not to be able to get him signed for longer. A solid centre half but not a ball player like Lang. I looked on the Stenny website & Munro still appears in the squad section but only news articles refer to a contract signed until June 2020. A previous poster mentioned Cogill, I’d love the big man back but just can’t see it given he was given accommodation whilst at the club.

Heard a few times in the past weeks that one of our next signings will be a familiar face to the supporters. Supposedly played for us already whilst Danny was in charge. Only player I can think of that Danny at the time was really keen to sign permanently was the centre half Andy Munro? We certainly need a new body in that position.

Swanson would be a cracking signing & would fill the gap Rankin left in terms of an older head with experience. Chances of it happening? Very unlikely I’d imagine but if it’s true he’s friends with Goodwillie that might swing it...

A massive loss. The guy is incredible, our best midfielder since Bryson. Gutted to see him go but can only thank him for what he’s done for us in last couple of seasons. It was a joy to watch him every week & wish him all the best. Really nice guy off the park too so no hard feelings. Hope he goes on to have a great career & does what is best for him, he’s certainly got the ability to play at the top. If rumours are true that he’s off to QP it would be slightly frustrating that it’s a step down in terms of leagues but if it’s full time given the ambition & location I can understand it. Would rather see him move up a league or two mind you. In saying all of that Clyde is obviously the priority so we need to find a replacement & try to improve on the midfield we had last season. A tough job for the management team but with season still a few months away I believe we’ll have a decent team in place to compete for places in the top half of the league.

I’m sure if you email the club asking about the alternatives they’ll let you know. Hopeless with technology but going to give it a go. Downloaded the app last night & all seems very straight forward. I hope you can find something that suits you whether it be through smartphone or the alternative the club have, a Facebook post suggested a physical card.

Not a fan of McCluskey but i've heard the same that Danny is keen to bring him in. I suppose it would depend on what happens with reconstruction & what league we end up in.
