Great to see Taylor getting horsed, strangely enough he wasn't patronising King by applauding him when he hit his doubles like he's done with most other players this season when he's a mile in front.

This first match is shaping up to be a belter. Still fancy Wade to win despite Barney taking a 3-2 lead into the break.

He won it the hard way too, had to beat Baxter, Hamilton, Klaasen, Osbourne and King to do it.

Isn't that just the same as betting on Barney to win? Even if he won the match 8-6, it would be 8-7.5. Unless I'm missing something

Going to the Oasis gig myself and didn't know Reverend and the Makers were supporting. They're alright but not a patch on the other 3.

Mardle was number 8 at the turn of the year, Lewis was 7th.

Good to see Wade back to form, looked a lot better last night and hopefully it's a turning point. I really enjoyed the Klaasen Mardle game for it's entertainment value, but it just showed that neither of these two should be anywhere near the PL. If I was Adrian Lewis or Andy Hamilton I wouldn't be too chuffed.

Predictions for tonight? I'll go with Barney, Jenkins, Taylor and King.
