  1. That is so right, out of the 95 goals we’ve scored, 5 have came from penalties and 3 of them have been given by VAR, so take those 3 away, even though they were penalties, and we’d be struggling.
  2. In a thread full of diddies you stand head and shoulders above them all.
  3. Seems that he’s a total scumbag. https://www.falkirkherald.co.uk/news/crime/stole-aps5500-grans-cash-1182473
  4. Rangers fan who left a Celtic physio scarred for life after throwing a bottle at him during an Old Firm match has been jailed for a year. Alan Crawford, 33, of Grangemouth was sentenced at Glasgow Sheriff Court over what a judge described as an act of "mindless violence". Daniel Friel needed four stitches after being hit on the head by the bottle at Ibrox on 3 April last year. Crawford was also handed a five-year ban from attending football matches. He admitted throwing the bottle towards Mr Friel, which struck his head "to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement". Rangers fan admits throwing bottle at Celtic physio Sheriff Tony Kelly said it was an act of "reprehensible conduct". He added: "You assaulted the complainer by throwing a bottle which struck him on the head. "This was an attack on a person in the course of his employment. The throwing of the bottle was an act of mindless violence." CCTV was shown to the court which showed Mr Friel being hit by the bottle about 15 minutes after the match kicked off. Defence agent Harvie Diamond said Crawford felt remorse for his actions and urged the sheriff to consider alternatives to custody. Mr Diamond said: "He said to me that if he could take the injury away from the physiotherapist who was hit and impose the injury on himself, he would do that. "In three seconds of his life he picked up a bottle, threw it and unfortunately hit the physiotherapist." Celtic went on to win the game 2-1.
  5. If only the club and the company were the same entity, we’d be loaded.
  6. A report into Celtic’s finances has revealed they are on course to announce revenue of £112million for the year ending June, 2023. That would represent a record annual sum posted by any Scottish football club and shares in the Hoops have subsequently increased to £1.73 – almost seven times higher than the 25p Stuart Gibson paid for each of his 4.2m Rangers shares at the end of January . The report was commissioned by the club’s stockbrokers, Canaccord Genuity Ltd, a global investment bank focused on growth companies with operations worldwide. Their report has been distributed privately to clients. The company suggests that investing in shares in the Premiership champions promises to be a bargain because it believes their price has been undervalued by the markets. The financial advantage Celtic have over Rangers is currently greater than it has ever been and Low claims that gulf is only going to become even wider in the foreseeable future. In 2022, Rangers reached the final of the Europa League (losing to Eintracht Frankfurt on penalties) then won the Scottish Cup before qualifying for the group stage of the Champions League. The Light Blues sold Nathan Patterson, Calvin Bassey and Joe Aribo for over £30m yet they still trail their city rivals commercially. Low said: “First of all, the numbers posted by Celtic in their interim accounts were fantastic. Then the projections made by Cannacord for the remainder of the financial year are equally impressive. The turnover of £112m would be a new record, a total which has obviously been boosted by Champions League participation.
  7. Fly out on 5th, didn't know the 6th was a thing, ain’t that a result.
  8. I’m not sure we can rely on the source! I wouldn’t be surprised at him maybe wanting to go, he’s not starting every week and he maybe thinks he should be. His numbers for goals and assists are brilliant but he’s still got a lot to learn, still only 21, and there’s a reason why Ange isn’t starting him every week. He’s on a long deal so nothing to get overly fussed about
  9. Terrible decision, if anything a foul on. Youan. Think everyone on here is in agreement it wasn’t a yellow.
  10. Ooft, the full set, seems they just can’t help themselves. All about the champions, that’s the league champions btw, not the Scottish cup champions.
