Losing to Dunfermline in the cup and throwing away points to 10 man Hamilton and Caley have been very frustrating moments in recent weeks. Just shows the margins though. Win the last 2 aforementioned matches and Dundee would be 4th in the league and there wouldn't be any concern. Absolutely no doubt that 6 points from the last 15 is disappointing though, given the run of fixtures Dundee has had.

Westport Bar hasn't been the same since Andy Dow stopped working behind the bar.

Sunday 6pm kicks offs were great. I have wanted them to bring them back for years.

Signed up over the weekend too. It is pretty good. Personally, doubt I'll have the appetite to watch 90 minute replays of games very often but it is good to have the option. I think the measure of its success will be the classic highlights that they put up. If they can stock this up well, it is good value for money.

A lot of places like to sell pints at exhorbitant prices, on the basis that they're not Tennant/Carlsberg etc. You'll pay north of £4 in some places for a Peroni. £4 for a Schiehallion isn't bad in that context, but still too high.

Tankulic isn't a bad back up. Probably isn't on a massive wage either. There have been signs of improvement whenever he gets a decent run of games behind him.

I would hope Bain would stay another season. Would fully expect him to go next summer and would likewise expect a good fee. Started watching Dundee in 94 and have seen a few good keepers. Bain might become the best of the lot.

Noticed from photos from the Developmental League game last night that McPake was in the dugout with Hartley. Wonder if he'll be doing some sort of coaching role.

Good Championship player, though probably not good enough if Hibs do go up next season.

Some mistake by Gallagher and he is paying for it now. Such a waste of a promising career. I reckon Dundee would have conceded less with Gallagher alongside McPake than Konrad. A very important player in the Championship winning season and I really hope that he is able to turn things around.

Irvine is good in that he can deputise at both right/left back quite ably.
