So anyway... I bought this Nike+ thing last week, and woke up at 7am last Wednesday fully intending to go for a run, looked out the window and the rain and wind and thought "f**k this." By 6 o'clock that night I was in my bed with a cold coming on. Floored for 2 full days, I have the worst immune system in the land.
However, I mapped out a rough 3km run on some web site thats like google maps, and am just back in 14 minutes 18 seconds. Given that this is the first excercise i've done in months, and the first run in about 6 months I think this is ok.
The Ipod is brilliant, and Lance Armstrong congratulated my on my performance
Just after the 2km mark there's a fairly prolonged incline (about 2 fucking degrees but prolonged for me) and I was thinking to myself "thank f**k this thing doesn't record your speed." Once i'd connected up it took me 2 seconds to work out what the valley shaped dip in the line was Still, very happy and the kit will stand me in good stead for actually getting out of bed in the morning.

Obviously they don't want to give me money for the daily Charing Cross - Queen Street train that I allegedly ride, nor the 6 day singles on the train to and from Inverness, but that's neither here nor there

Watched this on the bus down the road, thought it was excellent. Not easy viewing by any means, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Clooney is excellent in it, and is backed up by some excellent performances.

Avoid scorecasts and section coupons, these are a rip off.
Also I've noticed on here putting accys on where the games lead into another day, personally I think this is naive as you could maybe collect a decent amount on the Sunday Morning and put on another bet if you wish rather than waiting for the Sunday 4pm game to bust your coupon (provided all your selections are up).
One of my mates who works in a bookies calls scorecasts "the bookie's friend".
And also your second point is the reason I stopped betting on any of the Friday games, as i'd find that if my coupon was burst after that i'd end up doing another coupon on the Saturday. Dangerous game, chasing losses. Best feeling when it comes off, the worst when it (usually) doesn't.

I was at Bloc Party aswell. I got a free ticket, so decided to get completely and utterly mangled. Badger's arse today.
They were good, but it was a shit gig in that fucking cavern of a place, they're not big enough to pull it off. However, Flux sounded immense.

Seconded. Put off buying tickets for ages then went to get them and they only had seating left. Fuck that! Have a good one though.
