    Just a thought on the 'loans' , apart from the RS crew failing to ask Dodds when he was due to repay it, is that when the recipients are going for a mortgage etc, are they disclosing the humungous debt they have? Might cause them problems in the future even if it was set up to be repayable on 'death'.

    Sorry, didn't find the tv stuff funny at the time and the films are patchy except for 'Brian' Preffered NTNON tbh............ (though I did successfuly defend myself in Court a couple of years back, absolutely bricking it , was bang to rights too)

    Why not? His decision would be subject to appeal as it is not Law, just his interpretation

    They gave a decision on a 2 out of 3 basis on an interpretation of Law which is subject to appeal. They do not make Laws, that is not their job

    ? they debit your a/c with the nearest upper £ and transfer the difference to a savings a/c. ie you buy @ 51p, they debit you a £ and the 49p goes to the other a/c.
