What part of the License application process being closed by the SFA for close on 2 years now do you not get or does that not suit your narrative!
The licensing process re-opened ten days ago.

Realistically, all things being equal, Yoker, Rutherglen or Arthurlie would not have contested the Junior Cup Final if old set up was still in place.
I do get your point, but you won't be surprised that I don't necessarily agree with you. In 2013 (prior to the mass exodus from the East Region to the EoSFL) Glencairn reached the semi final, and only missed out on the final due to a flukey own goal for Auchinleck and the worst incorrect offside decision in history denying us an equaliser. That season we finished 6th in the old West Region Super League Division One, the equivalent of the WoSFL First Division where we are just now.
Sometimes lower League teams reach the final. Shotts Bon Accord won the Scottish Junior Cup from the same league the season before we reached the semi final.

He got better as the season went on and was class in the last 8 games.
Substituted at half time in Burgh's defeat at Glencairn.

The only positive (and its a small one) is that he will be unavailable to play against the Burgh.
Remember the Kyle Hutton scenario only a few weeks ago.

Are Junior international games still a thing?
I don't think they have played since the WoSFL started.

Do most clubs in the WOSFL not have a youth pathway now and this is required as part of the pyramid system?
A lot of teams do, yes, but I'm not sure if it has reached "most" yet.
No, it is not required as part of the pyramid system, neither is it required for Scottish FA Licensing.

Glencairn confirm that goalkeeper Chris White, previously on loan from Stirling Albion, has agreed a deal to remain with the club after the expiry of his registration with the SPFL side.

Is this confirmed regarding Pollok?
If Kennie (SJFA Assistant Secretary) says that's the case, then it will be the case.

Youre factually correct however its Complete and utter nonsense you never saw your wullie Knox, bobby dicksons and dennis Gray's needing these qualifications to manage to a great standard .
Take your opinion up with the Scottish FA. I just give you the facts.

From my understanding the qualfications requirement for entry level licensing is an adult level one qualification, which you can get in a few evenings, it's not really a barrier to anyone wanting to coach
The level one qualification involves the 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 sections, which I think are a couple of nights/days for each session. However, 1.2 cannot be booked until 1.1 is completed, and similarly 1.3 cannot be booked until 1.2 is completed. The Scottish FA coaching courses are usually booked out a few months in advance, so it's not just a matter of appointing a manager without the qualifications and sticking him on a course for a few evenings the following week. It took Glencairn's manager and coach 6 months to get the courses completed a few years ago.

The new manager will have to have the suitable coaching qualifications for a Scottish FA licensed club, or be able to get them in the timescale stipulated by the Scottish FA. The same applies to whoever the first team coach will be.

Thanks for that. Now if only Glensmad had said that.
Apologies that I didn't go into enough depth for you, however thankfully somebody else was able to read between the lines and say what I didn't add to my post.

What is it that we have to wait and see then?
I've just looked on your website and if the clubs mentioned join the SJFA they will not be in the SDC. That takes it down to 12 clubs in the SDC.
Time will tell.

You're usually correct in these issues, but I don't think Clubs with Junior membership can choose to enter the SDC.
That is correct.

Can't be many left in the Demolition Cup.
I guess it could be run as a weekend tournament making full use of Broadwood.
Let's just wait and see which teams are in the SJC and which are in the SDC. The deadline for WoSFL Club Annual Returns is today, ahead of the AGM tomorrow, amd clubs have to declare if they are entering the Scottish Junior Cup. The SJFA tweet yesterday only gave a list of teams joining the SJFA.

Have the clubs voted for SJC games to be played on Saturdays and/or two legged semis?
That wouldn't be a matter for the WoSFL AGM.

Who was voted in as The Chairman of the WOSFL?
Was there any other ideas put forward during the meeting?
Only Marty McFly could answer that at the moment.

....no tannoy of the lineups, no tannoy announcements of goalscorers....
That's a surprise, as they have the facility for a radio mic to be used at pitchside, I do it for the WoSFL finals.
For the South Challenge Cup Final there were announcements made from the control room at the top of the stand.
