Having conversed with Richard Gordon on the old Twitter I'd say the guy is a bit of an arse he a competent presenter though an arse all the same. I listened to this for the first time in a while on Saturday and I was a pissed off to hear Willie Miller doing the Saints game, what's that all about? the guy is just a cheer leader is it too much to ask for someone impartial? I was genuinely surprised that Chick Young still gets a gig, he really is awful at it. At one point he lost the heed and start shouting someone over a tongue in cheek comment, it was bizarre tbh. If the BBC were interested in giving you the best possible product he would have been binned. But they are not, clearly. It's like they are just punting it out because they always have. Until somebody at the top gives a f**k it will continue to be shit. Oh and is Derek Ferguson retarded? the boy can barely string a sentence together he is the perfect example of the BBC's attitude, it's all about jobs for the boys rather the product.

Oh thanks for taking time out to explain that one to us pal <3 You know every single one of the great scenes in this show is lifted directly from the precious books and often word for word as well. When they can they should do this as the material is 1000 times better than anything any of these writers have or will ever write. Oh and I meant to say in my original post that Bran section was a genuine lol moment, it looked like a shite computer game from a decade ago.

They could easily have had a conversation about her in his cell prior to the trial by combat instead of the completely made up beetle scene, something like "hey big brother I'm gonna die man this makes me sad I was only happy once in my life and that was with that girl, a whore it turns out, who I married, you remember? sure you do you were there" Cut to Jamie looking awkward. "Man I loved that chick" continues the half man. "I was so sad when pops found out and got the marriage annulled and then had fifty of his men to pump her infront of me, damn that was a bad day" The when Jamie breaks him out Tyrion won't shut up about how his brother is always there for him, guilt gets too much for Jamie and he explains that whole story. This shows the viewer Tyrions motivation to go to his dads room in the first place, why he flips when we sees Shae and why his day saying whore repeatedly caused him to shoot. It could have been done, but they are too intrested in keeping Tyrion as a sympathetic character, apologising to Shae after killing her? f**k off. He is a mixture of good and bad just like everyone in this world it's a shame that the show runners have tried to Hollywood this shit out of him. Decent episode that but I felt they rush this scene a little and they didn't end it with the shot a lot of book readers had been predicting, I guess because they've not got as much coming next season and they need at least one WTF moment.

They should all wear them on his first day back without anyone ever mentioning it as if its the most natural thing in the world. I'm a little underwhelmed at the prospect of him resigning which is strange given how much I liked him. I think that he would be a good signing and if a deal can be done it makes complete sense, I guess I was just hopeful Wright was going to unearth another decent player from down south who had maybe lost his way similar to Martin Woods who we couldn't afford in January.

Wright was awful for a period around christmas and New Year, I think, and I must say I was a bit disappointed to see resigned but his form really picked up again and that past half dozen matches he has been as good as I can remember. It's almost as if Tommy Wright knows what he is doing. Just had a look at the Sportscene highlights there and I'm purring at Wotherspoon's performance simply outstanding, he was another one who had a dip during the season after a fine start and then ended the season in top form. Also I thought Chris Millar did really well quietly going on about his business, I'm not his biggest fan and was disappointed to see him start but I can't deny how good he was even allowing for the times he cheaply gave the ball away in the first half. Finally that Stevie May handball was hilarious I missed it at the time as all happened so quick, It should never have came to that though he should be burying that header.

Oh yeah, and I had a fiver on Anderson FGS @33/1 so it was a fairly decent day all round.

I called that in Trondheim by the way *Smug face* A lot of good things about the past few days not sure how you go about mentioning them all! I was confident we'd win the cup from the moment United got their third against Rangers but even I was tense in that second half despite us playing better. I think the one thing I would like to mention is how likeable a group of players and staff we have and just how much they seem to love playing for each other, the manager and the club, you don't get the sense that anyone is looking beyond St.Johnstone which is a great feeling. On the downside it might have been nice to see the trophy being lifted and not the back of a podium even the big screen was blocked by that daft balloon a minor gripe though as I though everything else was handled really well all day.

I wore a blue suit and Brown Brogues to the Hall of Fame do in October and I was sat at a table next the squad, I'm not saying I am a big deal round these parts. But I really am.

I find this strange as end product is all O'Halloran is lacking right now,as glorious as he has been.

The past two episodes have been excellent, well apart from the Ironborn stuff which is staying faithful to the books by being utterly shite and unengaging.

If GMS doesn't start I reckon that'll get the biggest cheer from our end all day, even on his quiet days he causes us problems.

Part of my confidence comes from how good we've become at corners and how poor you've looked defending them. That said GMS, Dow or Ciftci could turn up and win the game on their own.

I'd go Mannus, Mackay, Wright, Anderson, Easton, Wotherspoon Dunne, Cregg, O'Halloran MacLean, May. I'd continue with our high pressing high intensity game it was extremely effective in the 2-0 game against United and if they set up the same way I think the team and that style will see us win. I don't think we are a better side than United the league table show that we are not but I do feel we match up well. I don't know much of McNamara does he vary tactics/players to counter certain threats, or does he play the same way week in week out and expect his players quality to see them through? If it's the latter and that is his approach to this game I'd be very confident we'll win this, I think United need to come up with something different to beat us or have a match winning performance from one of their many big players. I think Tommy Wright has been very impressive with setting his side up for one off games and I back him to get it right here. Saints 2-1 United
