That’s just people’s perception of being successful. I agree that having a poorly built, mock Tudor house in Cumbernauld doesn’t mean that one has “arrived”. I’m really not sure. There was a 10 day gap between my letter arriving and getting the jab. The nurse just said that 20% of those invited, didn’t turn up.

Much that I think we get an awful lot wrong in this country, I’m just back from getting my jag at the Gyle vaccination centre, what a fantastic, well run set up. Thanks very much to all concerned. That said, as I light up my cigar, it’s tinged with a bit of frustration/rage. The lovely nurse that gave me the jag, informed me that there is a 20% “no show” rate!!! What is wrong with these people?

I don’t think it’s weird at all. We’re now not allowed a contrary opinion without it being deemed a right wing trope or wanting to go back to the 70’s. You are right, there is a place for Women’s football on TV, and I don’t have to watch it. What I do object to, being a big fan of English football, is getting subjected to female pundits. I want to be listening to players that have played at that level. What I find weird is your “tend to find” comment. How having disdain for so called “box ticking” exercises is somehow “right wing”. Most the people who I here ranting about these things are at the other end of the political spectrum.

Absolutely, just tune into Radio Scotland and listen to all of their football pundits. Everyone of them is a moron.
