  1. "Double six yard box"?? Get in the fucking bin Steven.
  2. Cheers mate, I'll give them a bell tomorrow. [emoji106]
  3. Will see what they say when I call to cancel at the weekend. I'm about 5 years past my contact tie in for all services, so probably my own fault for just rolling it on. Attached what my bill says currently, for info.
  4. That's got to be the exception, to be fair, rather than the rule. [emoji846] As I say, I'm not a fan, I don't (and have never) used SAYE for a bunch of reasons.
  5. I've never been a fan of SAYE (just a personal thing). Never sh*t where you eat and all that, as well as the lock in period. But I've known lots of people get returns from it over the years so if you're happy to just fire and forget, as you say, you at worst get your money back if you don't convert to shares so all you've lost is 3 years of inflation against it. Out of interest, is it Comcast shares you get now? Had a look for BSY and looks like it was delisted after Comcast took over.
  6. I'm sure they'll offer me a deal to stay, but I don't really see the point. All my daughter watches is YouTube and Netflix and the Mrs Netflix. And I have a 4G unlimited plan with EE and a 4G router that's twice as fast as landline broadband anyway.
  7. Yes, that's what I said. [emoji846] TV, phone (which I don't use) and (normal) fibre broadband. I can do without all 3.
  8. £116. Bill came in this morning. No sports or movies. I'm going to cancel at the weekend.
  9. Obviously don't wish you and yours any harm Jinky, but I think, personally, Sky are likely to see attrition, or at the very least people unwilling to pay current prices, rocket in the coming quarters, particularly as we reach Q3/Q4. At over £115 a month (for me anyway, without sports or movies) for TV, Phone (which many don't use) and Broadband and their prices going up, it's an easy switch for people to cut that for Netflix and cheaper (often better) broadband. It's the first thing on my hitlist to go to make up for the rise in energy prices and I don't really think I'll be any worse off as sky is really just a convenience these days, with so many other options. I know I'm not the only one with that plan. Personally, I'm offloading my equity in any company who's product I consider "discretionary spend". I reckon I'll be able to buy it back cheaper, if I want to, in 18 to 24 months.
  10. I've been watching the smart meter since moving over to the new tariff. We used to be well below £5 a day having heating on for a few hours and general electricity use. At the weekend there, £13 and £11 per day, for roughly the same, maybe a bit more with the washing machine. And that's before October. How the f**k are people going to survive this shite. [emoji853]
  11. Totally agree. He's getting off lightly because of his history and previous results in Europe, but his tenure can best be described as "baffling" so far. It's mad to think that so many Rangers fans actually believe in some tinfoil helmet conspiracy theory against them at the SPFL, rather than look at their own manager and what he's done so far. Jack and Bassey: Looks like it. To be fair I could see that as sensible as in his shoes you'd want them both fit for Thursday. But there are others in the team you would say the same for.
  12. Just saw the lineups. Is GVB trolling the Sevco fans? You decide. Not playing Ramsey in a European QF to save him for the big dead rubber against St Mirren, where he now has all 3 potential forwards for Thursday on the park at the same time. What could go wrong?
  13. I thought I'd said that enough last night about Sakala to be fair. [emoji23] Thankfully I don't read the Record (or any papers actually) but still a bit perturbed that Jackson has similar thoughts. Can you wash your brain out with soap? [emoji23][emoji23]
  14. 1-0 probably a good result in the end, Rangers were really poor, again. Just an observation, but since Gerard left Rangers look like a team who don't take have a clear style/identity that all the players understand/are bought into. They just look like they are freestyling most of the time, looking for their "flair" players to make something happen, rather than actually having patterns of play. That's essentially how they beat Dortmund and Red Star. But they don't look like they're set up to be a team. Been interesting watching the last two games. Celtic have a clear style that everyone is bought into (and incidentally didn't lose a domestic game since they lost their focal point as someone else just slips into their style of play). So did Braga tonight. Rangers just all looks a bit "off the cuff".
  15. That was quite funny. All those slow Mo clips of good touches then they finish with Kemar "Shinaldinho" Roofe ballooning the ball into orbit. Top trolling..[emoji1787]
  16. No idea, but he's not been an improvement on Sakala since coming on
  17. Roofe is clearly used to Scottish referees. Just stop falling over. [emoji1787]
  18. You could literally draw straws off here and put someone up there who would offer more as a forward.
  19. Tavernier needs to be off your set pieces as well.
  20. I can help you, they're both shite so far. [emoji1787]
