As much as Rangers have been the better side, neither team have really threatened the others goal. Shots from distance and at best half chances for both. Celtic haven't had to be good, because Rangers haven't really been any threat. And their head gasket is gone now, as Van Bronckhorst again watches on clueless.

Who of Dortmund and Red Star do you think were worse than Braga? And why are you so upset at me pointing out they were honkin and Rangers should have won 3 or 4 at least in normal time? That's a compliment to Rangers. Dortmund are a very good side Rangers made look ordinary. Red Star a decent side Rangers made look ordinary (at Ibrox). Braga Rangers were dire in Portugal and Braga won narrowly. Tonight Rangers made an ordinary team look pish. What in that is disagreeable?

I agree. Roofe has many qualities, but I don't think he's anywhere near as good a central striker in a 1 as Morelos. Better in a 2. He's good with the ball in and around the box, probably a better goal scorer than Morelos, but Morelos a better overall player, linking things up. Morelos is to Prso what Roofe is to Novo. Watching that Rangers team, I always thought Prso was more important, but Novo scored more goals (lots of thirds and fourths).

Should have been put to bed way earlier, but Rangers certainly deserved to win on the night. Braga were a poor lot, should have been 5 or 6 easy in normal time. I know the Rangers fans will fill their eyes at that comment, but surely even they can't claim Braga were anywhere near a good side watching that. Going to need to play better both ties against RB. Very good side. Probably the best on paper since Dortmund.

Said it earlier, what separates the decent players from the good players is decision making. Aribo 3v2, slide in Kent 1v1 to finish the tie. Chooses to go himself and doesn't even hit the target. Then makes a poor decision, giving the ball away, in the lead up to their corner. Rangers should have been home and hosed, but are conspiring to Hibs it. Also, decision making applies to managers as well. Taking off your best spoiler (where would Jack have been when Aribo gave that away?) and most experienced player with a 1-0 lead? Madness.

Rangers deserved that. Good number of them swanning about like it's won, Aribo in the lead up to the further gave it away about three times.

Tie not over, a good player makes a better decision. That's the kind of thing that limits Aribo's prospect of playing higher level.

Well deserved half time lead. By a million miles better than Braga (this week). Should be more, but 2 is enough to do the job. Barisic has been excellent.
