  1. You can never guarantee that. Any manager has a right to change jobs if they feel it's better for them and their career or family.

    Rather like any other employee in any other line of work.

    I don't think a football managers contract will be exactly like our everyday contract. There will be a lot more legalities and it also has to be relevant to the position too.

  2. A bbc journalist has said on twitter that as McKinnon has resigned as he understands you guys will get no compensation!

    Well if that's how it goes if he is refused a right to cancel his contract he is in breach and liable for the remainder just like any contract. Or he will have to hand in a specific notice period and if I was the board I'd make him work for every penny f**k him!! Have him clean the loos the p***k

  3. I'm in 2 minds. 1 I understand from a working point of view he is moving to a job that will pay more and give him more exposure and he also supports this team. But on the flip side he had us buying into his philosophy and I feel a little betrayed too. He has jumped ship so quickly into thisbuilding process without a thought for the fans and players alike. But hey that's football I suppose. I look forward to his statement
