Interesting to see that tonight was probably the only time I've seen a defence not absolutely terrified of / bullied by Dipo all season.

That's a compliment all at Pollok will happily take home.

Good luck to Ayr in the rest of the competition.

The Scottish Qualifying Cup doesn't exist any more, and all of those clubs had historic SFA licenses. The licensing process requires commitment (ie participation in) the pyramid, and the only way unlicensed teams can enter the cup is by winning the East of Scotland, West of Scotland, South of Scotland, North Caledonian, North Junior or Midland Leagues, the South/East/West Shield (or whatever it's called), the Junior Cup or the Scottish Amateur Cup.

What's to stop Doncaster applying for a SFA licence and paying the usual bribe to field a team in the Lowland League?

There has been some attempts to move games around. Even when there's an open date there's obviously a struggle in having a suitable club free and willing to move the date. 19/11 was filled in but with another home game. 29/10 hasn't been replaced as it doesn't look like anything could be arranged.

There were several possible fixture switches possible to give Pollok a game on 29/10 in place of the Arthurlie match.

Pollok, Largs, Kilwinning, Meadow, Cambuslang and Clydebank were all left without a fixture, with the other Premier Division clubs due to be playing SJFA Cup ties.

Largs (A) or Cambuslang (A)  to redress the home/away imbalance would have been ideal for us as we are/were due to be playing the other 3 within a couple of weeks either side of that date anyway.
