We never found out for our two. We are tempted to find out with baby number 3 though. Just asked Mrs A - she says we wont be finding out this time round either.

Mrs Addie just had her first scan on Thursday. Everything went well. Have to admit I didn't think things through properly for baby no 3. For the last 12 weeks, I have been thinking purely on getting a bigger house and a job nearby (I work in Bearsden and live in Motherwell). So far I have found a house on private sale, a lodger for my existing home, and have an interview next week for a job in Bellshill. Mrs A is now feeling better from her horrendous morning sickness, and my Sons D&V has stopped after two weeks. I feel we are turning the corner now; so far so good. Even decided on names: Jessica for a girl and Matthew for a boy.

Couldnt go because my wee one was ill. I am also still in the huff that the legend that is McGhoo didn't come. A day without McGhoo is a day without sunshine.

Would have been more had the big bad mods have left a P&B treasure alone.

My boy's turned two today! He woke up to a 'breakfast' of sweets and pressies and the day basically continued the same way throughout! He's a good lad and eats his fruit and veg on other days so he got spoiled today.

Reading 'World Without End' by Ken Follet. Basically a sequel to The Pillars of the Earth and has been made into an 8 part series.

That must feel like a huge weight off your shoulders. Mrs Addie has been puking for what feels like months (in reality it's been two weeks). Took her to Wishaw General this morning and she has some anti-sickness pills that dissolve in your gums or something like that. She can't take any fluids and as a result has some really sore heads and hasn't eaten at all for three days. As she is in her bed most of the time I have spent loads of time with the kids this week which is great. We have done so much we have run out of ideas for the weekend, so taking them to watch Wishaw Juniors this afternoon. It will be Danny's first game so that will be interesting and I'm hoping he doesn't run onto the pitch! As all three of us haven't been to a Juniors game before it's something new for all of us really.

My oldest (she's 4) just casts me daggers if I dare talk over her tv time. Sometimes she humours me, but has the compulsary rolling of her eyes before hand. Kids - they break your heart!

Sat next to my 2 year old and started talking to him whilst he was watching Mr Moon. He shhhhh'ed me. Now I know how my wife feels when she talks to me over the football.

I'm really looking forward to this. Not been out since I was released and can't wait to meet you all.
