    Think I know the one you are on about as I went to Constanta when I was in the Navy. Mamia or something like that? All I remember was the booze was cheap (I went in 2002) and the women were very nice looking. Food was fuckin rancid though.

    Mrs had a scan this week; we are having a girl in April! Already have one of each so Im gonna be outnumbered in the house though

    I'm an ex sailor, so it's fair to say I have a few tattoos. Personally I can't wait to impress the old girls (and care-workers) in my nursing home with my sleeves and 'Only Granny Danger Will Judge Me' across my chest. Might distract them from me shitting myself at least.

    Medieval history mainly. I am fascinated with the middle ages and the people of that period's views on medicine in particular. I am a cracking night out, honest.

    Have to admit, its one of the best things I ever got at Xmas. I commute on the train and spend 10 hours a week on them so its brilliant.

    Just started Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire). 17% in and quite enjoying it. A bit different to the tv show (as expected) and well written.

    Sorry to read that fella. Here was me moaning about my Mrs being ill for a week or two, but that must be bloody hard for you both for all that length of time. Hope she feels better soon.

    Mrs has been in hospital with dehydration and was on a line for a couple of days and we both have been hit with this bloody virus doing the rounds. My oldest had it for about a week but she seems to be better now but it has been a very sober and shitty Xmas for me and the wife. However the show must go on, and we both managed to get our shit together for the kids yesterday and they both had a great day. Suffering for it now, but well worth it.

    My Mrs had a severe case of Post Natal Depression and was on the verge of being sectioned as a result. She is pregnant again and to be honest Im pretty worried about how this will work out. I have had bouts of it from time to time and I think Im going through this right now too. I have this tendency of pressing the self destruct button as a result and already told my boss that Im leaving; even told the guy offering me a job to f**k off as well. Looking forward to Monday am.

    Congratulations Ryan! To paraphrase a footballing quote, 'If you're good enough, you're old enough' Age doesn't make a good parent, and you have been with your g/f longer than I was with my wife when we had our first. Good luck and hope it goes well for you all.

    Aye its a bit of a silly question really for most normal people. However in Mrs A's case she is very upfront about the whole thing and wants a girl. Her face when Daniel was born was a picture of relief, love and above all fear that a wee man will tear her house apart - which became true! I'm not fussed what we have. In fact I tend to switch off during the pregnancy for the most part as there is pretty much nowt else I can do other than be there for my wife. For me the hard work starts when the wee ones are born. When my wife was pregnant with my oldest I was so bloody excited, the nine months felt like a lifetime so I try and play it cool.
