shes hanging on to it. i half expected to be reading that she had it by now when i saw you post SD you have my sympathies, its torture when theres something up with one of the kids. We went through hell with Tom when he was in the hospital for 6 weeks. 2 ops and a nightmare trip to yorkhill. Its amazing how quickly they recover though. Saying that weve found a wobbly tooth tonight and it was a crying match. hes only 5 Annas got too bottom teeth now and is almost crawling forward how quickly 6 months flies in

you might be a snookered if the ground is totally solid. mine were no probs to lift that were in the ground but it was quite deep. the tubs are still solid but they will be brought into the garage later in the week. The frost actually benefits the parsnips for taste apparantly. (i dont like them)

I pulled this out of the garden on sunday. the ones in the tubs are frozen solid. will put them in the garage on the 23rd to thaw out. i still have 3 in the ground. Hope they are as big as this one parsnip.bmp

Anna's teeth still not through yet but shes crawling backwards and getting faster. Woke us up before 5 this morning but generally sleeps okay. You could scrape the wee man off the ceiling at the moment.

Anna is choked with this coldy flu thing thats going aound. Poor wee things is couhing and spluttering as badly as me. i was up like a shout at half 2 this morning as i thought she was choking. What a bloody fright it is to wake up to a baby choking thankfully she was just getting up some glut but it was still scary. shes a wee smasher though and always has that gumsy smile and for the last week shes been able to roll over herself. Thats her 14 weeks tomorrow, time really is flying in. Rowan thats great stuff. have a green dot

i loved going to the scans. they were great seeing them move is unbelievable. thats our latest two months today its flying in. good luck to Thundermonkey it sounds like your going to end up with a big baby

my wee laddie was christened (although i missed it ). im not religous at all but my wife sort of leans to it. Our wee girl is getting christened next sunday. Its a nice thing i suppose but i dont think its for everyone. i hope the weathers okay s im supposed to be cooking on a BBQ for everybody

Havent managed to tell nyone as i think its great with all the pink stuff for her as ive never been surrounded by the colour in my life and she suits it to a tee. the only thing we find is she is growing so fast shes hardly fitting some of the stuff. The amount of stuff shes got is immense, we have been very lucky. In saying that though theres been a lot of stuff that hasnt been pink as well.

Best of luck. Theres a 4 and a half year gap between our two. he's great with her. Give him lots of attention and make sure he doesnt feel left out and he will be fine. hes still young enough to not undestand fully but he will be jealous thats for sure.

As sam says its just a shame they dont stay that way Tom has been greta so far with his sister and he's definatly not feeling left out. we managed to get sleep from 11 till half four this morning waiting on the midwife coming today and bracing ourselves for a barrell load of visitors.

Thanks to everyone for the good wishes about Anna. Shes certainly the apple of her daddies eye. SHe's feeding well but nightime last night was murder. She was feeding every hour. Shes settled a bit today but by god she can fart and they reek. (takes that from her mother ). Shes the spitting image of her brother when he was born but just smaller. I will need to upload some pics when i get a chance. Had the usual load of visitors and trying to cat nap during the day is brutal. The midwife has been in and checked both over and they are fine. I cant believe how tiny she is. Went shopping today and its so weird buying stuff thats pink and dresses etc.

you have my sympathy. The wee man caught an infection when he had his. Never have i seen anyone covered in as many spots everyewhere and i mean everywhere. Not to worry you but if you or anyones kids who have the chicken pox develop a sore or painful knee or arm get them to the docs asap. Our wee man ended up with septic arthritis and spent nearly 6 weeks in the hospital and had to have two ops on his hip. Just make sure they try not to scratch the pox as they mark very easily.
