Aye that's it in photo given. Too big for me in 1970 but much too wee for me now. Cotton tops were great.

I still have 1970 home top and my favourite silky blue bukta shirt from 1978 ish. Would have loved to have had the silky red away shirt, but alas.

Bowmaker attempting to take corner at central park only to kick the solid spring corner flag that we used then. The ball rolled all of 2 feet. Resulting to a broken foot and to top it off, him telling the supporters and players to f**k off for laughing. A couple of weeks later we played Hearts in league cup at Tynecastle, he decided to watch the match with the supporters in the enclosure complete with crutches only to be greeted with the chorus of " bow bow shitey bow". Still makes me smile.

You gotta love my home town. Why did I ever leave it? Oh aye I remember now. I love and hate the place in equal measure.

Thank goodness. Hope we never go through this again. Said that last year but surely this time we learn. Club is a bit if a basket case at the moment. Relegation would have been a bridge too far for us I think. Feel for cove but they will learn from this too. A boring mid table season next year would do. The last decade or so has been a real rollercoaster. Had enough thrills and spills for the time being.

I fear my relegation won't be the only relegation I experience today. Has the makings of a really bad day.
