I really hope that the youth programme is not scrapped, as like it or not that is the way forward for pretty much every Scottish club, and over the next few years we will be relying heavily on it to provide 1st team players (its actually a pretty exciting time to be a youth player ATM as more & more will be given 1st team games & the chance to progress in the game as clubs cannot afford transfer fees) IMO Also, why does the picture of JL have the caption "JL, Rob Roy manager"?

I wouldn't know him if he bumped into me in the street, but talking to folk at youth matches the last few years I couldn't help but notice how often his name is preceded with the words "that cock....." Isn't it great to follow a club who's back room staff are so highly thought of in the local community eh.
