As said midweek I would have settled for a draw.
We had chances to win it but on the other hand we were hanging on a bit last 5-10 mins, so on the whole a draw was the fair result.
A solid performance especially defensively as last season we would have lost. Robbie Deas looks like a cracking signing.
Lots of positives and once DM get his front man through the door that should see us comfortably away from the relegation spots.
Onwards and upwards Killie.
It was a closed door game which finished 2-2. I've no idea how they faired or even the scorers.
The trialiist is reported to have been Robbie Ure who's been offered training facilities and is 100% still here. No idea if we'll sign him thou as Rangers want a development fee.
Realistically, I'd bite yer hand off for a draw as a sign of progression from last seasons horrendous away form.
Killie are probably still 1 or 2 players short of what McInnes ideally wants come the transfer window closing.
It appears I was wrong re the design, an optical illusion, the only difference is the the vibrancy of the colours and the sponsor.
I don't think they are ripping off the fans, those who want one will buy, those that don't will leave it alone.
Killie's revamped 3rd kit, it looks a lot better than last season with the new sponsor and a noticeable difference to the pattern, I actually like this one.
This season....
Last season....
We have some good young players on the way throu at Killie but the pick of them has to be David Watson at 18, midfielder, already broke into the 1st team at the tailend of last season and hopfully he kicks on this coming season. Been very consistant for his age so far. Signed a two year extention in May.
