I'd like to see the full time players doing a full days work 9 till 5. What do they do at training? Jog round the pitch and have game of 5's. they should spend a few hour each day working on technique and set pieces which we don't seem to do currently. Any other spare time should be visiting schools or doing stuff to promote the club in the community as opposed to buggering off down the bookis by lunchtime.

Our youth policy seems to be to get young players on loan from Hearts and Dundee Utd and not bother playing our own. The last good player to come through our ranks was Craig Dargo and how long ago was that? I wouldn't bother with a youth team anymore as it seems to be a waste of money.

Did we not have cardboard cut out fans in the railway stand one season? I think folk sponsored them to raise money. They made more noise than the South Stand.

What does a full timer do anyway. They only train a couple of hours a day (and not every day either.) Judging by watching the team they don't practice corners, throw ins or free kicks. They don't do any community stuff except for the odd occasion. I've seen the team at the local gym were they piss about for an hour. They don't even know how to use gym equipment. They are supposed to be professional sportsmen! Our crowds aren't large enough to sustain full time football anyway. Having a small , full time squad has been our problem this season. Players have been able to play badly knowing they will still be in the team the following week. Hopefully we can have a mix next season and a bit more competition for places. And some more wins.
