  1. Not sure what your point is tbh. Literally everyone knows this.
  2. Pretty much this tbh. Some people moan about losing Starfelt as well but without CCV he was shaky as too really, he was just lucky he played with CCV more often than not unlike the rest.
  3. Yeah to be fair clever for him to start sprinting from behind as soon as Tavpen made his run.
  4. Audio transcript if Beaton was on VAR, imo.
  5. Both defences were pretty shocking at times which made it a good spectacle but fair play to Livi did not think they had that sort of performance in them this season.
  6. Ah right enough that's where I'm getting it from. I don't mind him @kingjoey better than the shite on Celtic TV but that is a very low bar.
  7. Is he not an Aberdeen fan or have I made that up.
  8. You literally just red dotted the post you were replying to
  9. He speaks like when you get a primary school kid interviewing a politician, he has an absolute vacant face when asking questions.
  10. Tin hat on here but someone like Strachan would have way more sense as a temporary appointment although Dundee wouldnt have wanted him to go to a rival so how feasible it may have been I'm not sure.
  11. Telling clubs to build a ground that they are never going to realistically fill with their own fans was absolute bollocks. I get why Falkirk didn't do it tbh albeit they ran brockville right in to the ground. I don't agree with the pitch rule change but its nothing on the 10k. Ironically it actually made our league look more tinpot with so many empty seats at grounds that never get filled.
  12. I never said anything about the SPL? I'm aware the all seater thing came off the back of Hillsborough for the top level but the Scottish Authorities were involved with drawing up the rules too iirc. As in the extra cash from being in the top flight would outweigh the benefits (financially) of having a plastic pitch in the championship if the rule was to change. Like I said it's a rule earlier change I don't really support so I have no real bias about it.
  13. So wtf were the clubs meant to do somehow build a new stand or even stadium in a few months after getting promoted? It was a terrible rule that helped keep the drawbridge up. I get you're points and like I said I'm not totally against plastic pitches in the top level. My main point was that it if was to change it would be nowhere near as bad as the terrible 10 thousand rule.
  14. The cost of a newly outlaid pitch would probably pay itself back after a year in the top league, that's probably including loss of earnings but the pitch can also be used elsewhere or sold if they dont have the space. The 10 thousand seater rule required teams to risk building stadiums/stands for a league they may never be in as they forbid ground sharing and left them saddled with debt that clubs ultimatley ended up in admin over. The two aren't comparable for me.
  15. This is my take also. There will obviously be regulations over the type plastic pitch but Livi's one especially is an abomination on the eyes, even worse up close. I was watching Airdrie's cup game with Hearts and it was miles better. Personally I would be happy with a halfway house that yes they are allowed but with stricter providers etc.
  16. Thanks for coming steaming in again but this guy has been talking shite about us and Abada since he's left the club years ago... https://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/celtic/celtic-90-per-cent-certain-to-lose-key-first-team-star-this-summer-after-new-contract-rejected-4071116 Given we are in the age of faceless keyboard warriors I'm not going to pretend he might at least have had some messages from fans over the conflict but I will take Abada's word over some guy ex president whose tried to unsettle him since he's arrived to get more cash for his club, or people like yourself coming up with a narrative that doesn't really fit with what's happened. The guy always had the support of the fans when he took to the pitch, even at the height of the current conflict where he got a cheer as loud as any other goal when he came on, that was the litmus test. Weirdly some people on here would have been gutted about that, yourself included imo.
  17. A calculated risk but I think we should be freshening up a bit for this and resting players also. Taylor is our only recognised senior left back now so would quite fancy Scales getting a shot there incase he's needed there later on and give one of the other cb's some game time, preferably Nawrocki if fit for his passing. Would also like to see Kyogo on the wing as well, he's not been pulling up trees through the middle but for all the wingers we have none of them I would classify as certain starters and would like to see him and Idah further forward together.
  18. He's renowned for posting absolute fantasy TBF on Celtic threads, to summarise...
  19. Think he's had to take it down already with the backlash from home. Kind of glad this debacle is over now tbh, stops the media trying to stir stuff and the weirdo fantasists on here revelling over what was a very difficult situation for the guy.
