Loving seeing Falkirk fans beeling in League 1 about how they should be us :)

Season tickets bought this morning, been a long time since I looked forward to a season as much as this one.

The tears and snotters at Failkirk is delicious, maybe not the snotters🤮😆. 5 seasons of unadulterated fail must be driving their mahoosive fanbase crazy. Hopefully they enjoy many more years of irrelevance because J McG won’t get them up. Even through the play offs. McGlynn the true master of bed shitting.

Feck me just had a nosey, libellous accusations of money laundering etc

I hope they never get out of the seaside

It’s totally tragic when you have to plumb the depths of despair to find some kind of wrongdoing. So if not just Cocaine, it’s money laundering too. Jesus pleasus😆😆

QOS got better once Bartley came in, and prior to our title winning game they were in with a shout of the playoffs, it wasn't a good season for them but they had periods of being a good side.

Bartley has definitely improved the club, it just wasn’t enough in the end. They will be there or thereabouts next season. Hopefully our shared hatred of Failkirk will be the only time we agree😆😆 I was gonna put a tenner on QoS winning League 1 next season and donate the winnings to charity. Better not let me down 😡😊

Macdonald, loads live across his career and on the box.

Dabrowski, once on the box and once in the flesh (in which he shipped 5)

Could it be that QoS were poor throughout the season. A team I personally thought would’ve fought hard to get back to the Championship. MacDonald shipped 4 against a pish Hamilton team and let 5 in against moneybags QP what metric will you make of that.

That's a really interesting point - given how the squad is shaping up, it might make sense for one or both of Ross and Gullan to go out on loan (just not to another Championship club, as that's bitten us on the bum before!) Both are coming off the back of injury-hit seasons and are into the final year of their contracts with us. Would reduce our outlay on their wages, and give them a chance to rebuild their confidence and get some game time. We also then have the option to recall them if they are doing well and/or need cover.

Exactly, it makes total sense for Ross to go to Cove as it’s close to home. Hopefully he comes back with a bit more confidence and fight for his place in the team.

If we do sign Smith, it would definitely make sense that someone left, given the plentiful options that we already have there. Gullan or Ross would seem to be the obvious candidates, based on playing time last season, though granted this was little to do with Murray choosing not to play them and more around their general availability.

From a financial perspective, both are also probably on the McGlynn  Bonus wages, so from our perspective it would be beneficial if playing time was likely to be limited. Of course, there would need to be a suitor available, which is why there is no guarantee of anyone leaving, even for free. I have nothing against either player, and indeed letting Ross in particular go could very easily turn out to be a big error. However, they were injured too much last season and the number of injuries we suffered needs to start going down. Inevitably, the only way to achieve that is to move on the players that spend the most time out of action.

^^^^absolutely this. I think we’ve had the worst injury crisis in the last few years than any other team. Nothing against any of the players mentioned that could potentially be leaving, we have no knowledge that’s even happening. I really hope Gullan, Ross and Vaughan are truly getting better. On their day they have blistering talent.

Happy to PM anyone that wants the name, it could well be wrong, wouldn’t be the first time! I just know a few people commented when Hamilton signed how they really enjoyed the fact they had no clue until it was announced.

In my opinion yes, I think it is a really good signing and I’d imagine most people would be happy.

Pm me pal, I’m an impatient old basturt😝😝

You don't have to say too much but will the keeper be someone more than capable of replacing and improving on McDonald.

Smith would be another really good signing. Ross has not fulfilled his potential and maybe with an injury free close season he will discover his form but I wouldn't be too sad if he left. Gullan I like bit needs to realise he isn't a number 9 and needs to remain fit.

On Kyle Connell I was very critical when he signed and in my opinion has found his level. He was never good enough for us.

Finally please stop linking players with Falkirk Vaughan will be here next season.

Hoping it’s Dabrowski. Sim alluded to the fact that we need the Polish to come to games, and what better to have one of their own in goals cheering him on.

We'd snap your hand off for local lad Ethan Ross. Unfortunately we're a league too low now to make that happen I feel. The opportunity for FT football and being in his home city could be a draw.

Rovers have so many options in the midfield areas. Interesting to see if all are retained or one/more released.

No offence to Ross, I know and we all know he has talent. Just think that injury has knocked his confidence. If he stays with us I’d like him to go to Cove on loan, that totally makes sense.

If it is true then surely someone is out the door? Because he plays ST/LW and we have Ross/Easton/Mullin who can all play left and Hamilton/Gullan/Vaughan who can all play ST

Please let it be Ross, he was a shadow of his former self last season injury didn’t help either. He’ll also be a big earner too. If Smith has signed then he can easily slot into that LW role. Competition for places isn’t a bad thing either.
