Mate, I was in Paris in 2001 and the Rangers end, even in a seated stadium, was over crowded. People were in there without genuine tickets. Unfortunately it happens sometimes with big clubs with large followings. On the way out the French cops opened a single turnstile to let thousands of us out. For a brief 5 or 10 seconds people were pushing from the back and I can honestly say I shat a f*cking brick. Even if there was no real danger the feeling was horrible. I cannot even begin to imagine what it must have been like for those poor f*ckers at Hillsborough. Football supporters act up sometimes. The findings are there, they aren't to blame.

I think some necks are needing wound in personally. If anyone has seen the horrifying pictures of people pressed against the perimeter fence having the life slowly squeezed out of them then surely it's just good that the families can maybe get a tiny little bit of comfort from this.

All the best mate. It might sound cliched as f**k but you could do yourself the world of good just by eating healthily and exercising. Cut out the bevvy and pack yourself with good fresh food. If it's a nice night, take a wee walk. Simple things perhaps but really does work wonders. If you don't already of course.

Brave thing to do to associate yourself with Aberdeen FC. Wee McInnes' reign has certainly helped move society on.
