  1. Essentially the allegation is that Green appointed Whyte a director of Sevco 5088, and this is backed up by documentation lodged with Companies House, but denied by Green.
  2. Yeah I suppose, I just think if I was confident of being exculpated in due course I think I'd just say that rather than dropping vague hint about the cards I'm holding. That just seems odd & a bit suspicious. However I think the timing of the documents' release is also pretty damn suspicious in the opposite direction.A final thought is that, according to the wacky world of Charles Green, a spokesman of Charles Green doesn't actually speak for Charles Green.
  3. I don't get why you would produce a press release covered in phrases such as 'It should strike people as deeply suspicious that" and "appointments are now supposedly being filed". Why not either flatly deny everything or say "No comment, in lawyers hands" - all this innuendo and insinuation reeks of "We have maybe been caught out, but first off we're going to pick at everything we can and see what we can get away with"
  4. I've only just clocked these latest developments! Something slightly poetic about Rangers being buried by Green and Whyte.
  5. The quote's what I was driving at when I mentioned the cunty ones! Because basically, it says "sometimes I'm a c**t, but occasionally I'm not, and what you have to ask yourself if you can stand to be with someone who is a c**t at least 50% of the time if they're as good looking as me".
  6. I can't decide what's worse - fat birds on facebook likening themselves to Marilyn Monroe or cunty birds on facebook likening themselves to Marilyn Monroe. I mean, be fat and cunty all you want by all means, but don't try and make out you're the most desireable woman on the planet and just happened to be born in the wrong decade.
  7. I watched Return of the Jedi. I couldn't help but feel sickened by the scenes at the end where everyone is celebrating the death of Emperor Palpatine. I mean, yes, he was a divisive figure but he was strong and when he made a decision he stuck to it and you have to respect him for that. And at the end of the day he was an old man with relatives (probably), and he had gone quite mad by the time he died. You have to look at his legacy and see what he did for the Galaxy, which was essentially on its arse before he took over. 6/10
  8. My own opinion on the celebrations over Thatcher's death is that people feel the need to publicly show their hatred of the woman where they might not with a foreign dictator or terrorist because it's inevitable we'll be told by politicians and certain media outlets how fantastic she was.
  9. The other member of the Axis of Evil are playing Linfield tonight, as it happens. And I don't mean Hamburg (traditionally an Axis only has 3 members, so they only qualify for the rectangle of hunnery)
  10. I must say I'm shocked to find that the man who claimed to be linking The Rangers up with the Dallas Cowboys might be a teller of tall tales.
  11. It's a character who is bound to be annoying as f**k anyway (in my opinion obviously).
  12. Do you seriously think that concern about how policies affect other people should not affect ones own political perspective? Way to parody Thatcherism man.
  13. So, any truth to the rumour that Charles Green has bought Thatcher's handbag and is now claiming to have won the Falklands War?
  14. I'd be surprised if we went there before "Was mates with Augusto Pinochet".
  15. I don't think major upcoming events should really be hinted at all. Maybe I'm nitpicking but I've found that even when people don't specifically tell you what is going to happen you start to expect the unexpected.
  16. It's completely different other than the fantasy setting. Most people who I know who are into it aren't particularly into fantasy (me included). The first episode was fantastic I thought, although a tad disappointing we only got the aftermath of the White Walker attack. Budget I guess.
  17. Well like the main characters and what is the latest happening. Just the main things that are going on. A horse pooped.
  18. Muchos respect. I do, but I then buy the DVD or BluRay once available if it's any good. Although I can watch this on the SkyGo account my Dad gave me - dunno if that's legal or not
  19. Did you know that Game of Thrones is the most illegally downloaded TV programme ever? Just making conversation like
  20. That's absolute bollocks, in my opinion of course. When you are portraying the lives of real people you have a duty to those people to not besmirch them purely because it doesn't suit your propagandist's take on things. The 3 films I have mentioned aren't like Inglourious Basterds or Boardwalk Empire, where it is made abundantly clear that this is a fictionalized version of events featuring real people here and there - they use techniques and even overt statements to make their portrayal seem like 'truth' to the average filmgoer. When you are dealing with the reputations and efforts of real people this is very poor form, and when you are using inaccuracy to stir up nationalist sentiment it is pretty insidious.
